I'm afraid I think that events conspired against Warnock as well as the results. My concern thus far with Mark is that we still play Hall who is a liability at this level and the complete and utter waste of space Hulse was getting a game until yesterday. Unfortunately and I'll now string a few threads together, what we are suffering from is the lack of investment in the infrastructure of the club for many years. The lack of proper planning of the youth set up so that we bring players through and the waste of money on paying off managers and players that were never up to any standard in the first place

.....the starters are a choice between a medly of smoked salmon parcels served with Beluga caviar and melba toasts or Cornish crab terrine.
Main Course is either Sirloin steak cooked to their liking with a selection of fresh garden vegetables and either new potatoes or French fries with the alternative option being a Dover Sole off the bone with a creme fraiche sauce and selection of vegetables.
Dessert is a choice between Creme Brulee topped with raspberries or a selection of British and Contintal cheeses.
The wine list includes a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc or a French Gevrey Chambertain.

We're actually not playing as badly as 3-0 suggests. Think Paddy was at fault for the first, Hall was outclassed for the second and the third was a wicked deflection. 60-1 for a come back in the second half.
OK I'll go and take the pills.

So Capello has gone, with a sack of money bigger than anyone who writes on this Message Board will ever earn in their lifetimes. Rewarded for utter failure. Just like the merry-go round of Managers that we've paid off in the past that have spend a few nanoseconds at QPR and walked off with a nice wedge in their back pocket. But it's not their fault they were offered the ridiculous salaries in the first place and this is where it is so wrong. The people in the dock should be the idiots at the FA who employed him in the first place. "I know let's employ a man that can't speak the language and allow him to bring in his own team of Italians. As Richard Littlejohn would say 'You couldn't make it up'. Hopefully QPR are learning that behind the scenes is as important as 'front of house'. Whether there is enough time to save us from the nightmare antics of Briatore and Paladini and start again in the Championship, the next few weeks will tell. As for The FA, no doubt the croonies in the blazers will still survive when it is them that need to go too. No doubt it will be God Speed for King Harry and the true British spirit will come through (we may still get beaten but at least the players will know what to do) just as hopefully Lord Mark of Shepherds Bush will carry the QPR flag. Funny really........QPR and England getting rid of their Italians should signal better days ahead and if it wasn't for that alleged word from Terry to Ferdinand at Loftus Road........ Forever Loftus Road....the venue of legends that caused the end of Capello. Hurrah!

Briatore and Ecclestone have gone and that appalling Paladini is no longer at Loftus Road.

None of us want to knock any player that gives 100%.
Barton came to us with a reputation that he was a tough no nonsense good footballer. Just after joining there was all that guff from Joey about his England potential....but that was from Joey so perhaps I've started to believe his own publicity.
I'd expected Barton to be a bit of a 'nasty player', the player you love if he plays for you and hate if he's on the opposing team.
I'd expected a good passer of the ball but even more a 'screamer' on the pitch. A man that would inspire other players with his enthusiasm and commitment.
But I don't see it (or hear it).
At the moment I find it difficult to defend Barton and hope that Mark Hughes will get more from him

Time gives you the opportunity to reflect and consider. There were plenty of 'knee jerk' reactions yesterday on this board and there's nothing wrong with that, it's human nature....some supportive some questioning....that's what the internet has allowed us to do. Although we do get the odd idiotic posting, we all have a view and every real QPR fan deserves the respect to have his/her opinion respected. 24 hours on from the Wolves game here's my own.
1 Cisse was an idiot. He apperred prior to the game on 'Football Focus' and seemed a really intelligent guy. The tackle on him was bad but he lost us the game by taking the law into his own hands. It's a shame as we started so brightly and Wolves were absolutely there for the taking. Both he and Zamora looked to be very sharp and with SWP also playing what I believed was his best first 20 minutes for a long my 3-1 bet (unfortunately not now possible in South Africa Road where our bookies has gone but they can't be arsed to take the signage down) looked at good thing.
2 Barton is one that I'm not just understanding. I thought he was a nasty hard bastard that takes no prisioners. Although he too started brightly he seems to believe his own tweets about his skill levels and what he does. He doesn't appear to motivate or encourage and his final ball is often either the wrong option or shocking. Whilst we don't want to see him playing the sort of game that will mean a sending off, is he really the Joey Barton the nasty player that you love if he's in your team but hate if he's not?
3 Unless Zamora was injured, I do not understand replacing him with Rob Hulse. Hulse appeared to be completely out of his depth in his limited games in the Championship let alone at this level. Once he came on we were effectively down to 9 men.
4 Adel was the Adel we love. He was so unfortunate with the shot that Hennessy made a great save to tip over and his little lob shot a few minutes later was devine. Unfortunatley he can't really defend but we have to accept that. On a bleak afternoon he was probably the shining light.
5 Enough has been written on this board about SWP and 24 hours later that debate will continue. On the right wing in the first 20 minutes he looked great. The rest of the time he drifts in and out of the game, goes down one way streets and generally seems to be lost.
6 Defensively we looked a little suspect, I guess we need to give the new guys time but Luke Young was exposed again. I cannot question his heart and desire but he does seem to get caught a few times reacting slowly to situations.
However I've woken up wondering where was the PASSION? This was a 'six pointer' and I'm not sure I saw anyone who in the last 30 minutes that really gave it their all for the cause. Sure Adel was unlucky but we didn't scrap as we needed to in these type of games.
There is always one team that the punters say is 'Too good to go down' I'm afraid I've woken this morning thinking that maybe the players are already thinking this and that really, really worries me this snowny Sunday morning.

If you hadn't realised it yet, then today you surely have.
1 Rob Hulse is not a player that should be anywhere near the first team. Had you asked supporters we would have told you but I guess sometimes you have see it for yourself. Why on earth did you replace Zamora for him?
2 Joey Barton is not as good as his publicity machine. He's not particularly aggressive, rarely hits a good pass and his deadball skills leave a lot to be desired.
3 SWP needs a bloody good kick up the arse....he did start on the right wing today which was good but he seems to fizzle out, run down one way streets and have moments where he doesn't seem to know where he is.
Sort it out.

This should have been an 'over sold' game surely?
Interested in why it wasn't a full house. Not featured on the box, Saturday rather than a Sunday or Monday night so no real excuses about travel.
Did the media hype it too much and 'frightened' off 2,000+?
Ticket prices?
We 'knew' we'd not take it as seriously as the league?
Interested in why YOU didn't go

It's the Daily Mail I know and therefore the pich of salt is necessary. But it says we are after Heurelho Gomes.
Surely if we need a Paddy replacement we don't need another Spurs reject keeper.

We can't. Apparently we have put in a bid today for the centre back that doesnt even play for City of £80k a week. So this will become the benchmark at LR for every other target or out of contract player. It is truly ludicrous wages. So let's average 17,000 people at Loftus Road paying say £35 average per ticket equates to a stadium bum on seats revenue of £595,000 per game. Assume with a Cup Run 20 games. Bums on seats revenue is £11,900,000. Divide this by 52 since this is how players are quoted equates to £228,000 a week revenue generated by our arses.
Onuoha ? £80k Barton £80k SWP £50k JB £35k
Already Barton, SWP and JB's wages are £165,000 per week (£8.5 million per year) Add Onuoha and the wages of 4 players will be more than the annual revenue of ticket sales.
It is complete and utter madness.
If the Man city player apparently is on £60k a week not getting a game why the hell are we or anyone else offering him a 33% increase?
The economics of the madhouse that one day will end in disaster.
Football needs a dose of reality. We need a maximum wage now.
If the idiots at Man C are prepared to pay average players (ie Wayne Bridge £90k a week) why does this become the benchmark for every other left back?
It's TOTALLY understandable a footballer will take as much as he is allowed to take but PLEASE there is a limit. But it's our fault you and me that buy the tickets, buy the shirts, buy the Sky football package.
And don;t get me started on the phrase 'He has been a great servant to the club'

I cannot believe some of the posts about lack of activity in the transfer market from Hughes. He has been in the post 5 minutes for God's sake. Transfers are a drawn out series of meetings with players, unfortunately Agents and probably wives/girlsfriends/mates too if the truth be told. These take time as anyone who has been involved in any negiation knows (Christ it took me 7 months to decide to spend £10k on a new kitchen)
I'm totally sure that NW had his targets for the Board to review and maybe those could have been further developed. But I hope that Hughes is his own man and brings in who he wants rather than who was on the Warnock January window radar. We know we have a window but surely we want the right players rather than the ones we can sign before next Saturday. If we buy the wrong players on the big wages and we get relegated then we're Donald Ducked.

Because, because I don't want to spoil Saturday night out I thought I do the totally unpatriotic thing and have a bet on MKD winning. Given the gulf in class I thought that the odds would be interesting maybe 4/5/6-1 for a home win and if we did get turned over at least I'd be able to have the curry house paid for!
Having just returned from Corals the odds for a MKD win are only 8-5.
So that decided it for me.....
..... at 13-10 I'd go for a Superhoops win!
Can't make it as have to work today but know there's a few of you going....so please help get my curry paid for.
Safe travels to the land of the concrete cow

Now it's the directors that are speaking out of turn and not thinking before bloody tweeting. Tony, get a Rangers man on the Board. We're not as thick as you think! There are plenty of very clever Rangers fans that are CEO's and are passionate for QPR (rather than Liverpool) and more importantly know their way around football and know that we need as much positive publicity as possible. Passion is one thing but I get the feeling that the shadow of the Italian Idiot still exists at LR.
Queens Park Rangers director Ruben Emir Gnanalingam could face Football Association action for describing Premier League referees as “biased and blind” on Twitter after the dismissal of Joey Barton during the 2-1 defeat by Norwich
His CV from his own Company is as follows. Christ if I were a bloody director of QPR I keep my 'die hard' love of Liverpool to myself.
Ruben Emir Gnanalingam is a charismatic and energetic leader at one of the nation’s top seaports, Westports Malaysia. Leading the port as the Chief Executive Officer requires Ruben to be a very agile and action oriented manager who enjoys working with people at all levels. Ruben’s undeniable passion for sports saw him getting involved with UPB-MYTEAM FC in the Malaysian Super League and most prominently as a co-owner of the Westports KL Dragons in the ASEAN Basketball League. Recently, this die hard Liverpool fan, created history as the first Asian to be appointed as a member of the Governing Body of the Global Sports Summit, an exclusive body of franchise owners alongside some mega names such as Jerry Colangelo, Stan Kroenke and Adriano Galliani.

The Norwich game highlighted a number of issues that to my mind need to be discussed.
The Norwich support for a start was magnificent and surely put us all to shame. If a crowd can inspire a team as we did against Man City or the unmentionables it can equally work against us. 'We'll sing on our own' from the City fans summed us up.
We were outplayed until the Barton goal. Outplayed by a huge margin. Norwich seemed to be sharper, keener and up for it.
I can't comment on Barton's sending off as the action was behind one of those famous South Africa Road pillars. However the body language of both our and Norwich players seemed to suggest that the ref got it wrong. The ref got it wrong most of the afternoon and whilst it's a god awful job, these guys earn serious money compared to the rest of us. It seems to me that of a player is having a mare and can be substituted, the same should happen for a ref. It would give the 4th official a real role instead of handing up a board that says '3 minutes' when the stadium announcer has already told us how much added time there is. But what is the point of Warnock screaming at the 4th official or lino for the rest of the first half?
What good does it do?
Surely his job at that point is to try and rebalance the 10 men on the pitch?
Although we played better in the second half, I fail to understand how we can bring on a player that has never trained for the club or probably met his team mates. "Oi Mate, what foot do you kick with.......what's your name?"
SWP also remains a mystery. He seemed to have the pace to beat the Norwich fullback everytime but failed too many times to capitalise on his pace. Paddy also seems to think that his height is an advantage with his goal kicks.
I also didn't understand Adel's substitution. If there was a player on the pitch that was creating opportunities it was him.
I'm not asking for Neil's head, but understanding some of the decisons would be interesting to know.
It was a quiet Loftus Road today unfortunatley.

I'm pretty new to this site so please don't kill me! I've been a supporter for 50 years and a season ticket holder for 30 of them. I also go to away games as and when I can. I am no armchair fan! I also have nothing to do with the website I'm going to recommend. It was recommended to me and I didn't beleive it! But this Xmas, on holiday in Florida it worked and I was able to watch Man U, Sunderland,Swansea and Arsenal live. The site is www.livefootball.net. It costs £8 for an entire season and they have every single game home and away. For those R's fans that can't afford a home/away ticket or are supporting from abroad it's a no brainer!

Will be Watching on the 'live football.net' website from Fort Lauderale Florida. Only just found this site, ALL of our games home and away are covered live so for any of you out there that can't make LR, it costs £7.99 but that's for the year! I fear our defence so 0-2. I will be back in my usual SAR seat for Norwich.

For me, I never experienced the days of 'hating' Man U. Sure a lot of sheep followed them during my school days but did they ever smell the grass at Loftus Road or experience real football? I am in a football sense much richer than they are. They may have won more cups that I can rememember but I've seen Loftus Road not via BBC/ITV/SKY/ESPN but by being there.
I do not like Chelsea, completely irrational I know but everything they do from their players, supporters and the way they (now with Man C) have financially screwed up the working mans game. But that's another subject. Do I 'hate' Man U.....no!
