.....the starters are a choice between a medly of smoked salmon parcels served with Beluga caviar and melba toasts or Cornish crab terrine.
Main Course is either Sirloin steak cooked to their liking with a selection of fresh garden vegetables and either new potatoes or French fries with the alternative option being a Dover Sole off the bone with a creme fraiche sauce and selection of vegetables.
Dessert is a choice between Creme Brulee topped with raspberries or a selection of British and Contintal cheeses.
The wine list includes a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc or a French Gevrey Chambertain.
