You may be right...May not be right... But everyone and every board has to dance to its own tune! And more seriously, very few of us - "even" on this board - want Barton out now... But I don't think too many fans would be shattered if he left us in the summer - if he was replaced with someone better. And, if you ask most fans, I think most fans feel if we'd have been able to get Parker instead of Barton, we'd have done better i agree. not sure about the last sentence though, uder the previous manager with his lack of tactics and fitness levels, i dont think ANY player would have made much of a difference. agree with you about the rest though.

First: Long before Barton was crowing about Warnock, there was a lot of discontent about Barton tweeting. And long before Barton was tweeting about Warnock, there was a lot of discontent about how Barton was performing as player and captain at QPR. as for Barton and Tweeting: Hughes may saying this now. I imagine very soon, either publicly or privately, Hughes will be telling Barton to tone down the tweeting. (Assuming Barton is still with us) We paid a fortune (are paying a fortune) for Barton. The question is not whether he's good enough for our starting XI. That's a no brainer. The real question is whether he's contributing as much we hoped and paid for. The rest of your points are not really serious so why bother: But just re Taarabt: It was under Warnock that Taarabt shined...And for the longest time, Warnock was his protector. Taarabt staying or leaving was never primarily about QPR. But about Taarabt. this whole thread is not serious mac. how about we give barton a chance under the new PROFFESIONAL management like we have done with swp and buzz and smith instead of ahhhhhh whats the point. carry on as you were but know one thing, i may be a minority on this message board but this message board is a minority of all qpr fans when it comes to wanting barton out.

yes! lets get rid of barton because he got warnock the sack, lets get rid of orr because he is bartons mate on twitter, lets get rid of buzz and smith because warnock was willing to let them go on a free during this window, lets get rid of dyer because he spilt the beans on the plans of buzz and smith, lets get rid of tarrabt as he did not want to stay at the club with warnock in charge.
in all seriousness though, do you see that it was not only barton but a much larger revolt going on behind the scenes that got warnock out.
am glad the majority of qpr fans are not like this message board who want to make a scape goat out of one individual.
as for harry thinking that barton was shit on saturday, looooooooooooool
"he can tweet what he wants, he can tweet what he wants"

looking at it your way mac we were a matter of inches from scoring 5 or 6 goals.
we won the game, we had a game plan, it worked,we got two wins in a row. we have not achieved that this season until mark hughes and the "professional team" took on our failing club. against newcastle and and now wigan, we have a combined total of roughly 40 YES 40 atempts on goal. newcastle had 1 or 2 and wigan had just the one that i can remember. if we still had the other bloke in charge those stats would probably reversed.
your man has gone, time to admit the change and be more positive me thinks.
YOU R'SSSSSSSSSSSS
be positive.

Very true...But tis amusing when you reads tweets and posts on various boards, how people suddenly finding flaws in how Warnock operated - when probably last season they were fawning all over him for how he (and his team) conducted themselves and ran QPR (which I imagine was very much this season). And undoubtedly when results go down again, suddenly the "Qualities" of how Mick Hughes operates will suddenly be deemed to be flaws. I can hear it now: His coolness will become "He doesn't' smile." His ties to super-agent Kia will become...His ties to super-agent Kia...! And so forth... (Reminds me a little of those who - long after it became clear exactly what Flavio and Bernie truly were (let alone Gianni) - were fawning after the board - and even denigrating Bhatia...But once the change came...A turn of Directions... Lapdogs and wannabes) have always been consistant with my views and beliefs mac, i hope your comment is not directed at myself because, if it is then your missguided

if you remember right, when warnock first bought barton he started playing him on the right wing, he still prefered derry over buzz who was getting in the team week in and week out.

NW putting the boot in again by being see to be taking the high moral ground. He is really white anting the Club. Wish he would just shut it so that we can move on!! Mind you he won't and a portion of us will support him at the expense of the current squad members and management and owners. SPOT ON. neilwarnock fc is finished, time to move on.

fitness levels are up and is making a massive difference. the team now are trained by professionals rather than piss heads with hangovers. spot on! the crowd were fantastic. for me, buzz, barton, hill were simply different class. round of applause for the team. mark hughes, tacticly superb.

You know Hitman: Even if Warnock was a terrible manager; totally right to sack; totally wrong to criticize Fernandes or implicitly Barton, Barton should STILL have shut his mouth. His tweets have brought shame to the club I AGREE MAC, but as the analogy goes, if you stick your hand in a asps nest then you are going to get stung. warnock has started all this crap at the worst possible time for us. he could have waited till the summer or untill he released his autobiography but nooooooooooo. i would not be surprised if he had started this up at this time on pourpose with the hope of us getting relegated so then he could feel kind of vindicated in his own demented mind. i feel that it is wrong to single out just one person with no proof that he got warnock the sack. we all pretty much know that hogan has similer views but the question is how many more of the players feel the same way about warnock? if anything got him the sack it was a combination of bad tactics, bad results, PLAYERS unhappy. and an alledged drunk of a coach. support your team tomorrow boys and sorry for going off thread, just couldnt help it. ;D you r'sssssssssssssss

Joseph Barton @joey7barton Lost his job and the guy is blaming everyone but himself! Embarrassing, time to look in the mirror mate. Last thing we need right. Big week YES, I AM GOING TO COMMENT. spot on. to blame the man that he made captain and kept him till his very last day at the club, it just shows the two face warnock once again. first, accuses fernandez of not being football minded when at the begining fernandez was a god, and now blames barton for his sacking after making and keeping him as captain. i could go on and on about warnocks hypocracy and lies and his failings but i will hold my mouth and count to 10. after all, this is a joey barton thread. back him 100% on this, just hope he puts the effort on the pitch tomo. oh and btw, no matter how bad we play tomo or if we are losing, please no booing the team. we MUST BE THE 12TH MAN.

Taiwo who? ? well, seems like my suggestion is having an effect.......... well its been 2 and abit days of talks, time to move on. our current defence are doing pretty good under hughes, conceded 1 goal in two games. i think we should concentrat on wing backs and a midfielder along with a striker. wing back it is, just not sure who the hell he is lol. how old? how much? how good? onough would be the other wing back for me and then its bye bye hill and orr.

I'd say it goes even further: Personally as a supporter, I can live with QPR being relegated. I have complete faith we'll come back. Maybe in a year. Maybe in a decade. But I don't want QPR screwed financially.... And the club with their big spending from Barton to HUghes, have put us out on a limb...And said we're in big trouble if we go down....So.... agree, but hughes is only on a 2 half year contract so that is 7 half mil, dont know the lengh of bartons. oi oi! i think the club could cope with that if we went down but if we sign another 4-5 players on 50 k plus and we go down we are well and truly screwed.

good biz sense amit, dont be held to ransom. What constitutes "ransom" - Paying too much for a player or too high a wage? That's what happens when sign in Jan...But we keep being told DISASTER, if we're relegated.... So as others have said: It's a call they have to make...Having spent many millions by axing Warnock's team/hiring Hughes team well, transfer fees dont seem to be the problem but the wages are a cause for concern. i have faith in hughes ability to improve the current players that we hav. alone with a couple of additions at a reasonable wage we should be quite comfortable. we had 10000 fans at qpr on tuesday, dont think the club could cope with many more 60 to k a week players. young and hungry is what i think,

he did for more enough for me to be up there with the greats, to get that team to the premiership was a miracle. something i thought i would never ever see if im totally honest. so what does that mean for the norwich manage then, he must be a god for norwich to get promotion two years running and now look at them in the league table while on spending a pitance in the summer compard with warnocks 12-15 mil plus 60 k wages on some of the players.

firstly alfar, if you read all my posts they tell you the reasons why my opinion is what it is. do you want me to do a whole list again?
secondly, i always stay on thread unless someone dosent to which i reply to them. i even make it a cast to tell others to stay on the relevent thread.
in short read the bottom of page one to get an idea but if you really do want a list i will do it but i feel no need for it personally.

I never showed too much respect to QPR Owners Caliendo and Paladini or Ecclestone and Briatore...
thats fair enough mac, you were at least consistant, note the word "NEVER"
compare what warnocks thoughts were on fernandz when he first bought the club to now? bit of a conradiction me thinks. i stick to my OPINION as first posted in this thread.
one more thing mike. i dont hate the man, i dont hate no man but im totally against the view that this man is untouchable after spending two years at the club and to be WORSHIPED LIKE A GOD when the fact is, he has not achieved half as much as some of our previous great managers in the past.

hitman, did you hate him even when we were untouchable and stormed the championship with one of the worst teams in the division? if you go to the thankyou neil thread you will see for yourself what i thought of him last season. same for you rory, i have shown him my respect on that thread but that interview he had done today is what my response was aimed at. he showed no respect for the owner of our club!

wtf! sour grapes me thinks. put your dummy back in warnock and go retire quietly back to cornwall.
in short he ment. great club but the chairman is an arsehole.
come 4.50pm on saturday hughes is going to achieve something in the two weeks he has been here that warnock could not manage to do in 5 months, and that 2 wins at home.
warnock will always be remembered as a premiershi[p failure
notts county 1991-2 relegated
sheffield united 2006-07 relegated
q.p.r. 2011 -12 sacked 4 days before we entered the relegation zone, wonder how that would have ended.
the man needs to go quietly before everyone starts to hate him.
NO ONE MAN IS BIGGER THAN THE CLUB NEIL!
