That’s a big list! I am hoping many of them have 1 year extensions we can trigger otherwise we are in for a big summer!
I’d only retain Field and Dixon-Bonner from that list.
If we drop to L1 then you could add 4-5 more.

Desperately need TWO scoring STRIKERS. Who's going to pay for them?

Depends on if anyone leaves and for how much they leave for.

Depends on if anyone leaves and for how much they leave for. The only players worth anything are Chair and Willock. Bear in mind that these are the players that scored the bulk of our goals in our 3 game winning run, we'd be swapping goal scorers for potential goal scorers.

My son messaged me last night. Said Armstrong has taken down all qpr posts from social media. We wondered if it means he is on his way out? I really hope not as I think he has more to offer with better coaching and better understanding of offside rule.

As we go into the window, we have two major inadequacies: 1) The first eleven can be ok and good enough for this division but are inconsistent / patchy form and there are so few goals in the team. 2) There is no squad depth at all. Some say have a big clear out (how? They are under contract) but even if we were able, then there would be even less depth. Some say sell to acquire better. The EFL is thoroughly monitored. The weaknesses of individual QPR players is well known. Any bargains out there are also well known, and we are not a great proposition. We have had to give extended contracts, to several over-aged players to get them to sign. Fox, Cook and Colback have then missed many matches, especially of late. The way I see it, we are probably stuffed for this year, although I live in hope, but the only chance we have is that some players known to Marti may be happy to join and the coaching team may be able to coach something into what we have. Not sure how you coach Dykes to score or for Kakay to stay in position, or for Dunne to have a brain, but here is hoping! But to think that we are going to buy two Championship scoring forwards and keep the talent we have is just not going to happen. The only player we have of value is Chair and I suspect we will end up selling him heavily discounted. It is being so cheerful that keeps me going!

I think these players probably take pelters from idiots on social media, but we will watch team selection going into January.

I think we will need to wheel and deal but will the board support that? We can’t lose our most sellable assets and then expect to replace and those players to hit the ground running.
So I think outs will be fringe players - Kelman, Duke McKenna, Albert etc to free up wages for one striker on loan.
Now if we can find a buyer for Dykes and somehow get £2m then maybe we bring in 2 strikers and centre mid for that.
Off to Ipswich later - was always told as a kid there are funny results at Christmas but not seen that yet! Here’s hoping for a win somehow!

And we could have had a penalty in injury time for hand ball. But not a very good game again, but grateful for the point.

And I think most of us feel that the reality is that unless we get someone in who actually knows how to score goals that won’t happen and we will go down.

Bit of a worry if Chair or Cook injured.
What’s it with our new signings, Fox nearly been out all season , not many games from Colback and Cook keeps getting injured.

They appear to be the right types of targets although I very much doubt we could get Tim back as likely interest from bigger and better clubs.
Massive decision facing the Board now.
Gamble and put some money into the club for new signings in the hope we stay up and avoid an even worsening financial future that L1 would provide (salary caps and likely threadbare squad as Chair, Dykes, Field etc are all sold for the best price).
Or accept inevitable and plan rebuild for 3-4 seasons in L1 with the aim to replicate what Coventry, Sunderland and Ipswich have done in recent years - that would really test if current owners are in it for the long term still.

I think we are down and, in all honesty, we deserve relegation for all the years of mismanagement from our incompetent owners.
FFP will restrict us getting in new players this window and the ones we currently have are guaranteed to take us down, so I don’t really see how we’ll get out of it this time.

Agree with that. Nobody can save this lot, not even Marti. Blind leading the blind. Get rid the lot( Marti excluded)

I am not at all impressed with the board, especially Lee Hoos who seems to do zilch for the club. This club needs help at a serious level or we will drop down the leagues or go into administration.

What happened to Dave Mac and all his inside info, ITK comments on WLS. ? Either it is Marti keeping the lid on things or the source of the inside info is one of those who have left recently - Sir Les, Amit, managers .... or just there is nothing to report but the total silence makes me think not. Re Chris Martin - having turned us down for League One in the summer (where he is doing ok) why would he want to come back to us. Surely not money and if BC are interested they can probably out bid us and he would not have far to move. 72 clickbait imo I would prefer to see some unknown Scandinavian striker join - someone like Haaland would do

Well or new CEO has been very clear with us about this window. Could be quite a short thread as no new signings, due to FFP.
