officially announced Reggie is officially a QPR player , subject to FIFA ,FA EFL and international clearance , signed a four year deal , what I have seen of him this could be a very good signing ,can't wait to see him in the side 😊

A few interesting snippets on The72 website in the last few days - admittedly not the best source for fact.
Anyway one article talks of our prime asset being Sinclair Armstrong with a transfer value calculated to be 850k which would increase a bit if he scores a goal or two! - but given he is out of contract in the summer and if he does not sign a new deal he is worthless.
Another talks of 6 alternatives we should be looking to take over from GA. Eustace seems to be the best of those named, Jones ex of Luton was included, not a character I like but if he can do the job and of course the old chestnut of get Warnock back to the end of season.
Lastly is why we did not use the loan market in the summer. Bottom line (according to the article) is that due to the pre-season forecasts of relegation and the style of play GA was spouting about PL and even championship clubs would not send anyone to play for us as they would not be getting the education and experience they wanted, and with our current position it will be even harder to try to get any loans in in January. In other words we are stuffed with what we have. Seems logical to me.

In some quarters people are scoffing at the idea we may sign a striker from Scandinavia in the window or before as their seasons end. For some strange reason people think those leagues are second class compared to the championship but many of their PL or second league outclubs would turn us over with breaking sweat.
Anyway for doubters has anyone heard of a Norwegian striker called Erling Harland - not bad for a second class Scandinavian. Maybe we can get him on a free.

He would probably score more than Dykes! Still we always lose at Norwich so no surprise . We have to struggle on to January. The new coach is not stupid or Ainsworth stubborn so I I expect a few to go out on loan or frees to release some wage bill for a goal scorer probably from abroad. We have seen 2 half seasons when we hit the top before a crash - we just need the reverse No panic yet but a win in the next game would help |

Is it my imagination or has the number of ITK posts from certain circles greatly diminished with the departure of Sir Les and Amit. Or maybe there is just nothing to be ITK about ? Personally I am loving the silence.
Not long before the next Mickey Mouse window opens though.

So I’ve read this morning that we are back in to try and get Tim Iroegbaum on loan but face competition from Beale’s Sunderland.
Bristol Rovers fan forum says we have submitted a bid for Aaron Collins . If true then I guess he’ll be asking Chris Martin about life at QPR

Still not listed in our official squad, but we have space for him to be added. He looked unfit when we last saw him. Will probably be the size of a bus by now. I doubt he will even make the bench this season, and who know for next season! |
