Some pot smoking jedi, will soon be on here explaining why it was not such a bad day and there us nothing to worry about. If you are correct in your predictions I think Ramsey will be gone by Xmas.

Thing is as well, if we take this negativity with us to LR next week, start groaning and moaning, when a misplaced pass goes to the opponents, Cardiff are having a spell when they are on top, Ramsey starts getting some stick.
Then that is not going to help with confidence, if we want the team to gel, then not getting on the teams back this early in the season is a must, if the fans become restless from the off, any little bit of confidence the players did have will be shot into the stratosphere.
A team with little confidence, unrest in the stands, reminds me of Blackpool, where did they end up in may.

Fans already in meltdown on twitter and if we lose in the cup on Tuesday and then to Cardiff next weekend then the mood at HQ may turn nasty. Personally, although disappointed in another crappy result today, I'm not pushing panic buttons yet. But like any manager in any division Ramsey needs to start winning some games quick or his tenure is going to be a very short one. I'd rather TF go before Sir Les.

Ramsey Does without a doubt need to get results. If we do our traditional first round league cup exit, then I suggest the club lowers its demands for players, start ringing interested parties, get selling then get buying a few defenders.

Your a disgrace calling Sir Les a clown. Go wash your mouth out. We are talking about A player who went to Reading for ÂŁ15k a week, instead if coming back to W12 for less money. a proppet tosser who scored lots if goals for us. Bobby Z has class going to Brighton.

Problem being, Les has dithered around all Summer in defence and panic buyed two a few days before our first game. Terrible planning and this defence needs 6-10 games together before they get to know there games. Realistically now we could be in bottom 5 until September time or longer. He hasnt done his buddy CR any favours for dragging this out. Poor poor poor from the club after our defence was so shambolic last year. Ramsey should have known how bad it was, he conceded 11 goals in just two of the games. We addressed Midfield again before any other area. Its ok having a great midfield but if your defence is poor like our current newly assembled one is, you wont win many games.

But that defence today should be able to handle relegation favourites. Even if we had changed the whole defence and keeper for new players, they would still need time to gel, Take out Hill, Add another center half, cant see how it is seen as that bad a defence, needs depth, not wholesale changes.

On that showing today ? I would ask who was the relegation favourites Charlton or us? Sadly Ramsey filled me with little confidence last season and with Les in that role always will hamper a replacement whenever that may happen in 3 months or three years . We are still adding defenders, taking some out here, adding others here etc etc . This is my point our defence was LAUGHABLE last season, DREADFUL. Yet nobody at QPR made sure it was addressed first . I still say we are a bottom half team going nowhere fast.

Well we still have until the end of the month to sell and buy. If this the defence come September with no more additions I will agree with you then.
Still think it is down to the wage bill and not having shifted players than lack of planning. Just how I see it.

Not surprised to see the reaction on here and Twitter, we do generally have the most moany fans around.
Seems a lot of fans still don't understand what this season is going to be about, consolidation. If you don't like it and think we should be getting promoted, bugger off for a year and come back next summer.
We won't see the best of this team for another month or so IMO, it will take a while to get everything settled

Just spent 20 mins writing and fecking pc crashed!! Summary--rank awful today--clint starting,really!!!--CA and MP minds elsewhere, flog and be done--Yeovil,any team, cup match,loss--opening home game of season,Cardiff, any team,drubbed--CR a coach and NOT a manager(said that from beginning) MASSIVE difference--sensing and feeling uneasy. For those that want promotion--ugly answer and not pretty on all fronts--Sam Allardyce.

I just hope it doesnt take too many weeks to sort it out as we know how fans are going to react to CR . Lets not kid ourselves, Charlton not one of top teams but turned us over with ease.

I for one am glad that my memories of Sir Les are when he was in his prime for us, Not a washed up over the hill veteran, lumbering around the pitch. Fans like you hoping that he will show his old magic. But he had as much chance of repeating his goal scoring form us as your pal obi one kobani.

Must admit dont like all the inter supporter sniping. We are all QPR and want best for QPR.
Lets just see where we go from this pathetic display and see what Ramsey musters against Yeovil or Cardiff.
Personal level have zero confidence in Ramsey and that was after 6-0 and 5-1 defeats .
We will probably finish the season in the bottom half and without Ramsey as Manager, not sure where that leaves Ferdie

Rorytheranger--dont mind your opinion on consolidation and no promotion but dont ever tell those with aspirations and think differently to you to bugger off for a season--out of line. I am a QPR realist but no way will I be happy with mid table mediocrity--well certainly not until we are firmly in the bottom 3 at xmas at least!! Start it here--lets go all out ugly on all fronts--Get Sam Allardyce.

If you are correct in your predictions I think Ramsey will be gone by Xmas. And Ferdinand, as no decent manager will work with that clown. Got to draw a line on this, my childhood fav... I'm thinking Les is fine and has been at the right level to control his position at the club but Ramsey the coach ability will inevitably let him down and be found out in 6-8 games of this season.

I don't expect top results but I did expect the club to address the defensive frailties of last season, once the clean out started.

London derby away loss, is it such a shock? This isn't a promotion team but it is a young team evolving and will have difficult times whilst gelling and whilst I like ethos I do think Ramsey is a number two and not right or have experience to build a team capable of a challenge!

I don't expect top results but I did expect the club to address the defensive frailties of last season, once the clean out started. "Defensive frailities" you say.! This defeat, means that we have now conceded 18 goals, in the last 5 away games. But every thing will be jake. We have now employed a new goal keepers coach, previously, with Blackpool, the first club in the 4 divisions to be relegated last season, AND with still 4 games to be played. Oh dear.

Geez everyone, take a chill pill or two. Sniping and personal insults between fans after the first game. Imagine what that will be like if we have 5 defeats! 1. This is the first game. It was an away game, so a loss isn't the end of the world. 2. TF set very high prices for Austin, Phillips and co so only expected them to go out at the last minute. If we'd put lower prices on them they'd have out the door ages ago and we'd have had to pay top dollar for replacements early in the transfer market and there would have been cries of "lessons learned". This means we'll only get a final squad late in the piece. 3. We'll lose to Yeovil. We always lose Cup games. This too won't be the end of the world 4. Let's judge how we are at the end of the month, or maybe at the end of Sept. Remember Fulham lost their first 10 or so game last season and weren't relegated.
