Back in the 60s-70s Why did delusional fools like Wilt Chamberlain and Jim Brown think they could defeat Muhammad Ali??
Fast forward to 2012, English premier league club QPR.
Neil Warnock is no different, just like Jim Brown and Wilt Chamberlain he thinks he can beat bigger teams, smaller teams or come to think of it just about any team.
I beg to differ. To all you delusional fools that still think NW is the right man for the job YOU ARE WRONG!!!
With your charitable selves who think we owe NW something, WE DONT!!! This is a results business, pure and simple, no 2 ways about it.
I appreciate what he has done for us and how far he has brought the club but if this was a 19 year old greyhound I would be thinking about putting it out of its misery.
Sick to death of "he will make it work". "he will turn things around".
ASK YOURSELF JUST ONE QUESTION:- IF YOU WAS THE OWNER OF QPR WOULD YOU BE HAPPY RIGHT NOW???

If I was owner of QPR, I would certainly want to make sure I had someone (even) better than Warnock prepared to takeover, before I took that step.
The only man around I see (who I like many others wished for in the past, was Martin O'Neil - and he's obviously not)
And I really don't know my foreign coaches...Someone once posted somewhere that Zola was a Ferdinandes favorite. Maybe it was a West Ham fan who said that

I hope i'm right in saying that peoples patience are starting to run out. Yes Zola would be a great shout but I for one have had enough. I'll ask again in 2-3 weeks and lets see how many have changed their minds Re: NW

Someone said something that really got me thinking in the match day chat.
He said maybe Warnock should go before we grow to hate him, keep our memories of him good and not sour.
I'm back on the fence now, just don't know what to think anymore.

Curbishley kept an average team up for 7 years in the Prem . 514 games with a win % of nearly 40% 71 games at WHU with over 40% win percent . Always gets overlooked but one of the best English Managers we could get.

the 2-3 weeks is not for you mate. Its for the people who have loads of money to waste, the fence sitters and the charitable ones. Me and you are singing from the same hymn sheet.

That is bang on and makes complete sense, I never looked at it like that

Booing should not happen no matter what is going on. No wonder the players have no confidence.

I have also worked hard all my life, raised three kids (one badly handicapped) and spent a great deal of money following my club for over 70 years and I continue to do so on a pension. Never got too much for me and I will carry on supporting them through thick and thin (and there have been much worse times than this, believe me). Furthermore I agree totally with the point of view that to get rid of NW without a good replacement available would be foolhardy in the extreme and a question of 'out of the frying pan ...........' Who would take over? Keith Curle???

Why is it Number twos never get changed before a Manager does , yet they could be the root of the problem , i agree re Curle , is it his job to get them motivated more than NW , he must spend more time with the players ! Get someone in alongside Curle that has got some passion in there blood , QPR passion maybe , Gallen/Bircham anyone but try something as its clear nothings working and good team of players was out played by Div 1 .

Harlowranger.. Its not all down to Curle. He does not decide to play 1 up top then take the 1 up top off when he is totally F@#cked and replace him with 2 sometimes 3 strikers always when its to late.

Fernandes shuld be on the phone right now to Mark Hughes.
A manager who has taken every team he has managed into Europe.
A manager who has presided over top 10 Premier League finishes with every club he's managed.
A manager who has managed at International level and revived the Welsh National teams fortunes.
A manager who knows how to deal with the modern day professionals and who understands Premier League dressing rooms.
A manager who has proven he is tactically adept at this level of football.
A manager who can attract the kind of players Warnock can only dream of bringing to the club.
A manager who has the kind of vision and ambition that matches perfectly the same vision and ambition of guy like Fernandes and Mittal.
We may not get him but I genuinely believe that with Mark Hughes on board and with guys like Mittal, Fernandes and Bhatia behind him the sky could be the limit for this club.
We are wasting our time with Warnock. His top flight record is pretty consistent and what you're seeing now is exactly what has happened every other time he's managed in the top tier of English football. Different squads, different eras, same league, same results.
That's called a trend folks plain and simple.
The man is out of his depth at this level. Keeping him on does you no good whatsoever.
And more and more QPR fans are now beginning to realize this fact.
Quite simply, every passing week now is exposing him for what he is. A great Championship League Manager but a poor Premier League one.

I don't see that as viable option. Warnock is going to be loyal to his staff. And if they go, he goes. You can say that's a good way to get him out (But that's too Paladiniesque for me.)

My comment re Curle was very tongue in cheek. I hear stories going round about his liking for hard liquor. Is that a good example to set? Hardly. I also feel there may be some substance to the view that there is an undercurrent of discontent in the dressing room and I am not convinced that it is necessarily directed at NW.
Dedication, commitment, pride, passion, burning desire to succeed. Whatever happened to those words?

Only problem is - how would Alan MacDonald feel about this I love the idea of Mark or someone with a great track record taking QPR onto the next level. ***Throw him the keys and a cheque book before the transfer window closes : ))

Lets remember what happened when Kilby lost Coyle he appointed Brian Laws. If Warnock was to be fired what makes anyone assume he'll be replaced with a manager of any quality? Who replaced Sam Allardyce?
I like TF and like what he stands for but his knowledge of the game??? I've no idea. Does he have the ability to persuade a Mark Hughes or would we end up with a Gareth Southgate.
Sacking Warnock might not bring the man you want. It might make matters worse.
