Macheda just tweeted 'LONDON' so I'm guessing he is going to LR today to sign the deal.

Leeds land Spurs starlet on loan
Spurs starlet Andros Townsend has joined Leeds on loan until the end of the season.
The 20-year-old will go straight into manager Simon Grayson's squad for Monday's home clash with Burnley.
Grayson told the club's official website: "Andros is a quality young player with proven experience at this level and we're delighted to be able to bring him to Leeds."
London-born Townsend, who joined the Tottenham academy as a nine-year-old, has represented England at Under-16, U17 and U19 level and has had previous loan spells at Yeovil, Orient, MK Dons, Ipswich, Watford and most recently at Millwall, for whom he made 11 appearances at the end of last season.
The winger has featured for Spurs six times in the Europa League this season and also against Stoke in the Carling Cup.

Warnock set to raid Chelsea, Spurs and Fulham
QPR boss Neil Warnock admits that he is relishing the chance to go on a spending spree and bring in "three or four" big deals in the January window.
Warnock wants to bring in a centre half, two forwards, a midfielder and a keeper as ambitious QPR owner Tony Fernandes looks to back his manager with serious cash.
QPR have already agreed a loan deal for Manchester United's Frederico Macheda but want an experienced striker as well and will make moves as soon as possible.
They are keen on Fulham duo Andy Johnson and Bobby Zamora and would move for Aston Villa's Darren Bent if they are given any encouragement.
They are in the running to sign Tottenham defender Sebastien Bassong and Chelsea's out-of-favour centre half Alex while Ghana keeper Adam Kwarasey is another potential deal.
Warnock said: "I've been looking forward to it for a number of weeks if I'm honest. We're playing alright but we need three or four.
"We rushed to get five or six in the last four days of the last window. We had opportunities throughout the summer to get some good players in but we couldn't quite do it.
"We're looking at a number of players, it's just a pity our next game is on Monday, probably just a bit too early. We might have one in but we'd like three or four before Newcastle."

Rangers ramp up bid for Fulham frontman By Jacob QPR have stepped up their interest in Fulham contract rebel Andy Johnson. The former England frontman looks set to leave Craven Cottage this month after rejecting a new one-year deal in SW6. Blackburn are also keen on the £2million rated frontman, who is currently sidelined with a groin injury, with Fulham set to cash in on Johnson rather than lose him for nothing in the summer. Rangers boss Neil Warnock is desperate to add goals to his frontline, with Manchester United's Federico Macheda set to join on loan for the rest of the season later today. Warnock was interested in signing Johnson in the summer, but is still keen to push through a deal for the 11-goal hitman, who scored a hat-trick against QPR earlier this season. Beckham not going to PSG!
BBC
David Beckham: PSG say LA Galaxy set to retain player IN ASSOCIATION WITH Page last updated at 12:52 GMT, Tuesday, 3 January 2012 E-mail this to a friendPrintable version Beckham's current LA Galaxy contract expired on 31 December David Beckham has decided not to join Paris Saint-Germain for family reasons, according to reports in France.
The former England captain, 36, had been widely linked with a move to the Qatari-owned French club but could now extend his spell in the United States with Los Angeles Galaxy.
"It's over. It's a shame," PSG sporting director Leonardo told L'Equipe.
"But the welfare of his family in LA, the wish not not to change everything in his life, weighed heavily."
Beckham has been weighing up his options since helping LA Galaxy win the MLS Cup with a 1-0 win over Houston Dynamo.
Archive - Beckham sinks Ecuador in 2006 World Cup Joining PSG would have resulted in the midfielder joining forces again with newly appointed PSG manager Carlo Ancelotti and sporting director Leonardo, having worked with both men at AC Milan during loan spells in 2009 and 2010.
But, as BBC Sport revealed last week, the former Manchester United and Real Madrid star looks like remaining in the US following discussions with his family and business partner Simon Fuller.
It is understood Beckham's wife, Victoria, and four children feel settled in California and are happy to stay.
Beckham's contract with Galaxy expired on 31 December but the club and Major League Soccer (MLS) have now offered him a one-year rolling deal.
Crucially, the new contract would include dispensation for Beckham to be a part of the Great Britain football team at the 2012 London Olympics, should he be selected.
