I know this will divide opinion however please consider the following points?
Neil Warnock is not a good manager or even a "man manager" as often described.
1) His handling of Taraabt is shocking, publicly slating him at every opportunity, and going public is not professional or good management strategy.
2) Playing SWP out of position behind Jamie Mackie literally shows incompetence of not knowing the player he even signed?
3) Admiring every other teams subs bench saying how he wished he had a bench like that. So how would you feel if you were a QPR sub, Very undervalued I would guess.
4) Moaning more about referees and individual mistakes than trying to fix our scoring problems ? Thats poor time management full stop.
5) Signing Macheda, by all accounts a very average player who has scored 4 goals in 3 seasons ( Thats going to solve our up front issues)
6) Trying to sign another 30+ injury prone forward in Andy Johnson makes me question his judgment.
7) Signing Kieron Dyer................ No explanation needed !
8) Team formations at home more akin to trying to get a point away from home!! ( ie: Sunderland)
Finally and as if thats not enough could you imagine if we had have signed some players that he wanted....Well think of this then
Danny Graham would have been a left back now Jermain Defoe a centre half / possibly sweeper Ryan Bertrand a centre forward Nedham Onuhura a goalkeeper Andy Johnson could have spent a year in the gym David Beckham a club spokesman for QPR player!
And if you dont believe me then cast your mind back to DANNY SHITTU being sent on as a centre forward against Leeds! shambles.
Neil Warnock, not a good "man" manager or Manager come to think of it.

No of course he's not a good manager he only got us promoted to the premier league within 18 months of us being close to getting relegated. Anyone can do that can't they? His handling of Taarabt was great last season, he's the only manager to ever get the goods out of him. Just go back to Stamford Bridge you glory follower. Do you not remember/know where we were and where we are now, NW produced miracles to get us here.

Horses for courses, as a season ticket holder with three tickets (@ozhoop..amazingly you can see far more being at Loftus Road than you can just commenting from OZ) and having paid near on £2350 ,Ive watched it all unfold in front of me, every single kick this season. Sometimes too many armchair comments on here and armchair fans are good from far but often far from good! We had a very good manager that was good over the jumps but not quite up to it on the flat. Great Championship manager..Fact...however I believe his record at Premiership level just speaks for itself ? Would have possibly been the first manager in history to take three teams down at three attempts, indeed a 100% record !! I think TF would agree and he has made a bold and good non-emotional decision to protect his big investment as any good MANAGER would?. Shame we could not get Martin O' Neil, was just bad timing. If we stay up and I think we can, Warnock will seem like a distant memory.

Season ticket holder this season? Bully for you mate, we all go to games and pay our hard earned for them, some of us were season ticket holders when we were in league 1, but I wouldn't expect you to remember those days as it only became fashionable to start supporting QPR at the start of the season. And you prove your shallow support by starting his thread. Enjoy your prawn sandwiches.

He may become a distant memory to you but I for one won't forget the loyalty he showed this club and the miracles he worked. If we go down I'm sure you'll be a distant memory, with no season ticket.

Well I have one for a while now and when we were in the second (actually third division) playing even worse so you could be wrong, where do you live as I will have someone from NZ that will send you a signed Frank Lampard top as you are just a follower or QPR and not a true supporter paying actual money, so please keep jogging on !!

Yeah I'm in OZ .Emigrated here 5 years ago from West London.Supported Rangers ever since I was an 8 year old back in '73.Was a season ticket holder too.Rangers has always been cursed with a large number of boo boys and things aint changed. Will be thinking of you freezing your bollox off while your shouting 'Hughes Out' and 'Premier League your aving a laugh' in a couple of months. I'll be out on my boat or in my pool .

Make no mistake Warnock did a great job in his first 18 months. For which we should all be very thankful. I know I am
But that was the job he was paid to do.
Many of our players last year performed out of their skins. thats what they were paid to do. They are professionals!??
Then take this year. Both Warnock and a number of our players did not perform. They have been appaling. Many players have shown no desire or drive or passion. Nothing. Thats not what they are paid to do.
So its quite right for any Club Owner to change manager, players or both if they are not performing at the level expected.
Now its time for us to get 100% behind Tony F and his new manager, whoever they might be, and for the players to man up and perform as they should.
Then we might just escape and survive the drop.

Ozhoop, as a newly adopted Kiwi I have quickly learned that Kiwi's are above tit for tat stuff and certainly dont go down those roads with Aussie's and when you want to put pics of your boat up and your pool we will compere it with my boat in NZ and my pool in Switzerland and whilst travelling with the PGA European Tour I STILL manage to get to nearly all home games, now thats what we call a supporter. I will freeze at Loftus Road this season but the comforts of residences in London, Dubai, Zurich and Wellington sure do bloody soften the hard hours put in. Fair dinkum to ya as all QPR supporters (sorry your a fan) are entitled to their opinions.

Nah I aint gonna get into comparing knob sizes or anything .The emphasis wasnt meant to be on how cold you will be ..just the fact that you will be shouting 'Hughes Out' in a couple of months. And I dont mean if we look like we're going down. You'll probably start calling for his head if he fails to get us into Europe. Funny thing is ,I agree with alot of your points on Warnock's mistakes. But you give no recognitionn on what he has done for us, just call him a crap manager. And the title of your thread is a piss take mate.

This guy makes some fair points ( I totally agree about tarbs it almost started to sound like bullying this season) but what an ungrateful so and so!! NW got us somewhere 15 years worth of other managers couldn't. he has his faults but he's a nice, honest guy who did his best for us and I really hope accepted his sacking with grace and understanding that the board and fans didn't want this to happen, but it needed to for the good of the club.

Most of you know about my 70+ years of history with the club and I have to say that I find it distressing to see this type of post although I respect the rights of all members here to free speech. Can't we put the past behind us and move on with at least a degree of hope and optimism?

In life some people focus on negatives, some people focus on the positives, we all have our own opinions.. personally i prefer to focus on the positives, thankfully like most of us, however, there are some valid points mentioned in this post, think the heading was harsh, but that's what you get from a show stopper people that will read and react, therefore, i can not help but respond to one of the points:
point 1) kicking a football boot into someones eye is a far greater crime and it did neither of the two of them any harm...

Whether the points made are good, some are, bad, some are or plain silly doesn't really matter as I think the post subject is totally unnecessary.
I wish Colin a happy life and thank him him for taking us from League 1 certainties to the much feted Premier league. Good luck to him, he goes with my best wishes.
The one benefit of note in being in this fabled league is that everyone, almost anywhere in the world, can watch every game we play. Therefore people can all comment on the games coming from the basis of having watched it. Nobody is a better fan than any other in my opinion and don't see the need to knock people from commenting from afar.

CPR - i agree with you totally, but we have to refrain from being rude right, which was difficult on reading this post esp the timing of it and wording of the header, we all know what most of us think of it, like i say some people will be negative whatever is achieved in life.. sad for them really .. lets move on..

Worst post I've ever seen, proven by you pointing out that Shittu was played as a striker against Leeds and then using that as evidence to show how other players would have been played out of position.

Just so certain posters understand the ethos of this board. We are all QPR people who post on this board and everyone has a right to their opinion, to agree and disagree in a civil manner. No one is interested in who has a pool, boat or how many houses you have dotted around the world. I suggest you leave the antics of the school playground behind and act like the grown men you purport to be.
