where does it state that i said people have a problem with me? ? twist twist twist. your incredebly boring now haq. that latest comment was a response to someone else who said im lost in my own irony. nowhere does it state people having a problem with me. time to move on haq as this is the transfer thread not pick on hitman thread. if you want, create one. warnock fc is over, time to go to cornwall. No one is picking on you. Warnock FC, again?!?!?!?! Onwards and Upwards (as you would say......)

So Diakite has signed. Unfortunately it looks like we might have a while to see him since Mali are likely to qualify for the next round of the African Nations Cup

I am of the opinion that £4m for a striker who has scored goals time and time again in his career would be a superb piece of business. Compare that fee to what we could have paid to get Defoe, Zamora or Pav and I think we will have done very well.

Lazio Player Report: Judging Djibril Cisse | Serie A Weekly His shots are rarely on target, shooting practice appears to be what is required. Cisse’s four goals this season have come from 54 shots, only 15 of which were on target. The full extent of his poor shooting is revealed when we compare him to other Lazio strikers: Klose has scored 14 goals from 43 shots (24 on target) and Tommaso Rocchi has scored 4 from 21 (12 on target). www.serieaweekly.com/2011/12/lazio-player-report-judging-djibril-cisse.html

michaelnye10 michael nye @ @davidmcintyre76 cisse is a very average player at best do you really think he would be a good signing long term 33 minutes ago in reply to ↑ David McIntyre @davidmcintyre76 David McIntyre @michaelnye10 in a word no but am still not 100% convinced they'll sign him. Yeah but Dave still thinks Buz is the second coming.

I thought it went against the "Ethics" of football to confirm we're interested in/bid for certain NAMED players

We have signed Cisse, I'm excited to see what he can do & would rather have got him than gone down the Johnson / Zamora route.

Am happy with Cisse, as long as we get another striker as well. Cisse is a good player mate, I'm excited by that signing, maybe need one more upfront, but I think the Cisse thing is an interesting signing, he's a much better player now than when he was at Liverpool.

Agreed klr. Some will say "but he failed at Lazio" but a lot of great strikers fail in that league, it's so defensive. Also at Lazio it is important to note that he was played on the wing with Klose in the middle and he got 7 assists.
