Hi Hoops,
How are we all?
Sorry about the delay, but I shall now finish my thread. On part 1, I told you all of my ideas I presented to QPR (I don't know if the mods would be kind enough to dig the thread out?)
You may have noticed, I got us QPR 3/4 track bottoms, you can buy without having to buy a £60 track suit! (which along with many other items like a £50 rain jacket, are now discustingly flaunted in our face in the ' £9.99 & under section'
I think this is a real insult, they are not season dated, there is NO excuse to rip us off by £50 then put it up for less than £10!!!- does that not tell you what they think of us?
) the bottoms are a sensible £7.99, although I wanted a smaller row of 3 main badges- the Hammersmith, 70's & current badges, rather than the new one- BUT, you can now buy bottoms online on their own.
The 3 items attached are earmarked for Autumn/Winter.
You may have also noticed a Rodney T-shirt. What they are doing is slightly changing what I suggested, then it's not my idea- clever.
Remember, we are talking about idiots that bought out World Cup Club & Country shorts... in beige!!!?
Who ever wore beige apart from train spotters???
My version was white, with the '66 stuff on one side, and a Hammersmith badge & 1967 on the other for Club. Our Club & Country best years.
They also bought out a top to go with it. A thick rugby shirt- IN JUNE!!!!
Stella MCcartney must be crapping herself with this sort of competition!!
Slowly, they will bring my stuff in, with slight changes. The reason everything is so expensive, is that they actually thought West London & the West End.. were the same!!
They didn't see the difference between the Ritz & the White City estate! are you worried now?
Upstairs, there is a HUGE table packed sky high with old programmes. They go back to 1990!!! classic matches, interviews, posters etc just dumped on a table!
Programmes are history documents of our Club, they don't know people collect them!
Why not put some on display, sell them for £1.50 and say 'ask for anything you can't find' organize them, and list them?
There are tribute programmes to Ray Jones, testimonials & rare programmes... waiting for the bin!!!
HOW DID THESE FOOLS GET WHERE THEY ARE???
When Rodney Marsh & I met there, we stuck around for a while & Francis Atkinson was butt licking & getting all his own stuff signed. As 'Shop Manager' wouldn't you grab some shirts, photos, programmes etc & get Rod to sign them?
From that, you could get a signed shirt, an action photo, put them in a decent frame & sell them for a decent £40. Rod is only here twice a year!!!
Francis knew we were coming, why not get a load of '67 final posters printed with a photo of Rod signing them & put them in a frame? who wouldn't want the famous photo of Rod & Stan pulling at a QPR number 10 shirt, signed by both, framed & on sale for £20?? the ONLY photo of them together!
At the very least, he should of ordered copies of 'Priceless' & sell them signed. But NO, ALL the signed stuff is in his office!!
I think if someone buys their expensive stuff, they should get a free signed photo of Rod, Stan & Ferdy + every 200th customer, to make it interesting. But they don't think of us. I have a pal at Spurs, I know Dave Robinson & co go there often. Now, Les Ferdy, Clive Allen, Bradley Allen & Peter Crouch are there. It doesn't take a genius to think of taking some merchandise with them to be signed & return the favour or bloody pay for them? these are QPR legends!!!! and they have never thought of it? they are to busy & focused on making money for themselves.I always said, there should be signed photos around the walls from our legends, ' To the great fans at QPR....' and signed by- Rod, Stan, Gerry, Sir Les, the '67 lads, the '76 lads, the '82 lads etc, not for sale, just to bring that warm home from home feeling back we used to have, instead of that cold, clinical, security guard packed, ' buy something or get out' feeling we have now.
And if someone offers a good idea to our Club (Remember, it's a Club & your paying for the quality of service... do you feel appreciated ??) ask them who their favourite player is & try & give them something back! If they have nothing on that player, offer them a selection of autographs etc (Not from the current team of course, but when QPR was the most entertaining team going- '66- 2000)
The LSA should send QPR cards signed by Stan at least on Birthday's to fan's who have been loyal members for a certain time, they take your DOB anyway, Stan is usually in there & Chairman, it's no trouble to them, but would mean the world to most!
But giving is NOT their way (Check the £9.99 section to see how you are being exploited!)
After that day with Rod back in March, ALL my e-mails, phone calls & countless messages were ignored - ALL OF THEM! BY EVERYONE!!
I sent mails to EVERY ONE there, NOTHING!!!
WHY? YOU TELL ME?
Rod even mailed them, asking them to reply to me & they ignored him!
Now, I can only think of this. When I gave these ideas, the first thing out of Atkinson's mouth was " We can't pay you!" even for the use of Rod's signature, which they used without permission on those printed, framed photos. Gerry & Sir Les don't even know about them!
I never asked for money, neither did Rodney- Please remember that, he did it for US!
All he asked me to do was make sure, his name was not used on something degrading or for exploitation of fan's etc (That's the REAL Rodney Marsh!)
Now, take the 60's iconic Rodney shirt (Also worn by- Stan, Gerry, Terry V, Dave Clement, the '67 winners, Dave Thomas, Don Givens etc, etc,) It's our most famous shirt, our double winning shirt, the shirt you think of when QPR is mentioned. It has NEVER been on sale (The Toffs one, is way off!), the players couldn't keep them, replicas didn't exist, our most famous shirt, DOES NOT EXIST!
Only QPR have license to make them.. AND THEY NEVER THOUGHT OVER DOING IT!! what does that tell you? They have all the shirts we lost in, but NOT the League Cup or hooped shirt we went from 3rd to 1st division in, worn by our 2 most famous number 10's- the ORIGINAL 'HOLY 10 SHIRT'!!??
So, because of me, how much money do you think that shirt will make them? NOT ME, NOT ROD- THEM!!!!
In fact people I have spoken to, who are only casual fans, are planning to buy 2- one to wear- one to have signed & framed!

You would think they would thank me, wouldn't you? and they are only going to be about £30 (That's if they stick to their word.)

I also asked if I could write a 'Legends Column' in the programme to educate the kids of Mike Keen etc. I have 5 books published by big companies, I now have a deal for 2 more- one about the REAL QPR, exposing EVERYTHING!!!!
I offered to write the column for nothing, the answer " It's not in our budget."
WHAT??? please digest these things, or you won't realize how rich people are exploiting us to get richer- "not in the budget"
Now instead of being accepted & getting the odd reward, Francis Atkinson was nicking the stuff from the Club & sneaking things out!!!!!!!
If I am lying PLEASE anyone at QPR take me to court for slander. Now the Club found out he was nicking stock & pulled him in. Now, my guess is, he span a story that I was some kind of Gangster, was threatening him & he done it out of fear!

I sent some angry e mails out of pure frustration at being ignored by the WHOLE Club, but only an idiot threatens for REAL.. You just do it!
He probably showed my latest book, which he & Dave Robinson asked ME for signed copies of as evidence. But, for once, I was honest & wanted to speak to the Bosses, while he was stealing..... and they know it!
So why am I now a leper & why has Atkinson still Manager???
Why will NONE of them, at least tell me what I have done?

I was promised 1 item each of what are mine, and 2 X free match tickets with programmes to home games. Was that a ploy to get ALL my ideas & then take it all back after?

Why is Francis Atkinson STILL manager, when they know he was stealing their stock, and found an e-mail to me, explaining how he would sneak stuff out when a chance arrived?
I DID NOT WANT THAT!!! I wanted to be a valued by something I have loved for 32 years, i wanted more than a sneaky,dirty stealing plot.
Could it even be my friendship with QPR legends? they don't like ex-players, and want to build the Club in their own image. Ron Springett's Daughter was sacked after many years of loyal service, Ron Springett has had his complimentary seat taken away, nobody ever even said hello to Rodney upstairs, the '67 lads are unwelcome, why did hard nosed Hoops - Kevin Gallen, Gareth Ainsworth & Lee Cook all leave around the same time, Gareth, taking a huge pay cut to join Wycombe with the great Gary Waddock?
Gareth, got us out of the sh** every time a Manager walked out, he would of been ranked with Gerry Francis & Frank Sibley for loyalty & stepping up when we were stranded... why did they ALL leave?
And what of Magilton & Hart?
Why are there NO framed photos of our legends that are hung all over the Club, and in the tunnel, only current players?
And the boy's of '67 are treated with disdain, I even had a hard time getting a DVD of Wembley '67 sent to Roger Morgan of all people!
Why have Toffs got the white '67 shirt, but we haven't?
Why is there not the selection of legends employed for the VIP areas & hospitality that ALL Clubs have?
But again, why have I, that gave everything I had to improve things for us & make more money for the Club I love, and have spent God knows how much money over 32 years, tried to get our legends going there more, wanting to make the small shop into a Museum/Hall of fame + rare items gift shop with a player to meet & greet, and offered to lend it ALL the rare things I own to help & to contact the players all for nothing, with a paying fee on the door would of satisfied fans & finance alike, and plan a season's worth of 'Audience With's' with an entry fee to feed the Club & a selection of legends, talking through their great moments shown on a big screen, with a talk Q & A & merchandise on sale, taking place right after matches, that would of made the Club a fortune + everything else..... been in effect, banned from my Club after being welcomed upstairs and encouraged to give ideas........ and the guy who was 'Managing' the shop but actually robbing it, still in his post?
And WHY will NOBODY at QPR, inform me why?
Today, I received my first E-mail reply since March!!!
I asked sincerely what would happen if I came to the Club?
