Absolutely peppered their goal, Dickie with the well-deserved goal. Then Wells scores a tap-in against the run of play, 1-1.

What is it about QPR, score , dominate dominate , then other team gets one shot at goal and scores and then goes in to the break on a high ...

Should be 3-1 minimum playing well just need to take chances and slow their attacks down by putting more pressure on the ball while our full backs get back. We play with 2 at the back most of the game

The deflection off Ball took the ball through to Wells. Without that we had the pass cut out.
The football we've played has been wonderful, but can we keep it going?

Da Silva subbed at half time after not being able to live with BOS.

We just dont have the luck this year, actually the last 3-4 years. Need defence sorting in January or we are looking at a relegation battle ( again )

Sooooo frustrating to lose that. Second half not as good but still created decent chances and kept missing them.

We were poorer second half but we find it really hard to unlock teams when they pack the middle and go more compact. City only really did that when they had the lead to protect and that lead doesn't happen if Dickie doesn't create the chance for them. Mimicking Sinton here but he's right in saying that in situations like that, we end up playing in front of rather than through opposition lines. And when that's the case, you've got to put the chances you've got away. Both BOS and Bonne had decent chances in the second half and didn't capitalise. Great first half, but concede the second and we wilted when we couldn't find a way through the disciplined banks they threw up in front of us.

What a joke result , QPR do my brain in with frustration. Sadly it pains me to say it but our defence is one of the weakest in the League still just like last season, nothing changed on that front.

Our offence is offensive. Score at 12 mins then silence. Warburton will have an excuse, Im sure.

Thing with us at the moment is that, if we are summing it up in a real general way, we are pretty easy to score against at the best of times, but scoring seems to take a huge amount of effort. 90 minutes of high energy on good form, we will score goals. But the moment that drops or the opposition adapts defensively, like in that second half, scoring seems to take a herculean effort. Meanwhile, you feel we could leak one at any moment. We can win when we're at 100%. What we rarely manage is winning when we're at 70-80%. Like City were tonight. Frustrating innit.

Please excuse me for stating the bloody obvious....
...we are failing to win due to some of our players not being up to this level.
Not naming individuals, twitter will do a fine job on that.
Rs have some terrific players, but the drop off is significant.
However, the building blocks are in place in 8-9 positions.
OK, we are also profligate with our chances.
Really like this management and coaching team and believe that the future is still promising.

I can’t remember a game for awhile that I come away from and felt totally deflated . Wish MW could sort out our defence once and for all, we wouldn’t be a bad team.

We showed how good we can be for 41 minutes, but lapses 4 minutes either side of half time destroyed us. City had very few chances and we had so many in the first half. When the opposition make a tactical change to counteract our dominance we do not seem to have any answers on the pitch or from the coaches. Our changes seem to be like for like and we did not look like breaking them down. I realise that Warburton is trying to rotate and rest players through this hectic schedule, but we are pretty short on the bench and dependent on youth players. Very disappointed with Bonne, I of course hope he develops but he is struggling. Bright again faded in the second half having roasted them in the first half. Once man marked he faded. But, if we had scored the second goal it would have been so different - and we deserved it! Is it just bad luck?

We are currently rubbish at defending, have been for a long time. I cannot see us surviving this year unless it is sorted out fast. MW can waffle away with the usual spiel because IMO he is clueless and he just runs the excuses off.
