The one glaring point missed by the majority of posters who do not rate ramsey is the players.
We were fairly comfortable against forest and green dropped a clanger. The defending for blackburns 2nd goal was shambolic, Onuoha was at fault there and again got bullied by dawson for hulls equaliser. Cherys recent performances have been dire and his antics at fulham were a disgrace (hope the senior players gave him a right going over). Henry has been shocking along with tozser, philips where has he been, bar a few moments?. You cannot blame the manager for individual mistakes. To say ramsey has lost the dressing is way off the mark, before Fulham we had 3 very solid away performances.
I think the players have got off very lightly, i hope they were listening when 5000 rangers were singing "were F*cking s*it", that has to have hurt their massive ego's. I hope so and we will find out tomorrow.
Ramsey is not perfect and he is still learning as a manager, give him a chance. There are no perfect managers, Sherwoods villa bottom 3 and looking very shaky. Imagine the outcry if we had started like Clements Derby. Ainsworth doing well but can he do with players at a higher level?, who knows.
We all want the same thing for our club.

To be fair, get 3 pts against Bolton and we're probably having completely different conversations over the next 2 weeks.

Prayers to you and yours blueeyedcptcook.
Hate to read and see and hear of another fellow man being struck by this terrible scourge on the human race.
Ramsey, it now means nothing, people falling out over a football manager.
Life has a way of hitting us right between the eyes, news like you have given us makes us realise the most important things in life are not football but the gift of life itself, the love of family and friends, of which we are both your QPR family and friends.
God bless, peace and light to you blue.

Well Blue Eyed Capt Cook, hope yesterday's result put a smile on your face.
As for Chris Ramsey, considering what he and Chery have been through in the last 8 days since the Fulham embarrassment, I thought they both did amazingly well this week. Subbed off humiliatingly first half, storms off to the dressing room, his defensive covering criticised by CR. Then an apology (instigated by CR?), clearing the air and then a fabulous performance all afternoon, all over the pitch - attacking threat, defensive cover, linking up with Konchesky, and that brilliant finish for the third goal.
To me that suggests good man-management skills by CR and a mature, selfless attitude by Chery.

From getwestlondon www.getwestlondon.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/qpr-boss-chris-ramsey-right-10237817QPR boss Chris Ramsey is the right man for Rangers - and here are five convincing reasons why 14:14, 11 Oct 2015 Opinion by PaulWarburton Rs coach needs fan support Backing: Chris Ramsey QPR fans are divided over whether Chris Ramsey is the best man to lead Rangers out of the Championship. This column reckons he is - and explains why. He is willing to work with financial limitationsOK, so fans on GWL Facebook want Sam Allardyce or another 'big nameâ to âsortâ the team out. Lofty ambition: Sam Allardyce at QPR last season Can you seriously imagine Big Sam working with the budget demanded by QPR bosses? On one hand fans complain the club wasted fortunes on players with an inflated sense of worth, and even more inflated wallets, but also gripe when a sense of proportion is brought to the spending. Remember the banner below? Backlash: QPR fans show what they think of overpaid 'stars' last season If Rangers are to bin an inglorious recent past, save one rabbitâs foot found at the 2014 Championship play-off final, the person needed is a man to get the best out of limited and developing players like Michael Doughty and Grant Hall. Reward: Doughty (C) He is an excellent coachYou will find it next to impossible to hear a disparaging word from those in football about Ramsey the coach. The breeding ground that was Tottenham under the Rs man fetched Andros Townsend, Ryan Mason, Nabil Bentaleb - and some bloke called Harry Kane, and thatâs just for starters. Harry Kane in action with QPR's Steven Caulker Rs fans pretty much believe Massimo Luongo and Grant Hall have futures at QPR - another pair under Ramseyâs tutelage at White Hart Lane. He is realistic about QPR aims - as is director of football Les FerdinandNothing new here, but it deserves a repeat. Sixteen players out, 14 in. Did fans seriously think this was going to threaten the likes of Middlesbrough who were a heartbeat from the Premier League last season? Look also at what others have spent. Burnleyâs ÂŁ9m investment in Andre Gray? Would Rs fans be happy with that? Hull City largely kept their Premier League squad from last season - so no surprise they lie fifth, but only three points better off than Hoops. Pricey: Andre Grey Maybe keeping Charlie Austin, Matt Phillips and Rob Green was a mistake in a twisted kind of way. Supporters believed the trio would pave the way back to the Promised Land. Sorry, but eight others are just as, if not more important. Ramsey brings a fresh approach, and not the dogma of others who have been there and done itLetâs be honest, Ramsey is hugging himself after finally getting a chance 17 years from his first coaching job. Head down: Harry Redknapp heads for the exit at Stoke City This is his moment - and he has far more to lose than say, Harry Redknapp. One always got the impression Harry was doing Rs a favour by joining them rather than taking the reins in Ukraine. Players also like Ramsey. They think he will improve them while showing he cares about development, and if nothing else, heâs a new voice on the manager scene. Football clubs seeking a new boss rarely seek a fresh face: they prefer dipping into the clearing house for out-of-work supremos. Brave Rangers for having the neck to go for it. He is a decent bloke who mostly has a smile on his faceHug: Chris Ramsey greets Blackburn boss Gary Bowyer Not important? Letâs say you go to work each morning and your boss is a grim-faced jowly character who sees gloom around every corner rather than potential glory. It wears after a bit, no? You can say a lot about person when he tries to engage in a friendly, open and honest way. Why is it football revere stone-faced hardened managers who force players to fear, sorry, ârespectâ, them?

At last some reality of the situation from Les or was it a rocket from TF? www.westlondonsport.com/qpr/ramsey-has-to-step-his-game-up-ferdinandQPRâs aim this season is now to challenge for promotion and Chris Ramsey âhas to step his game upâ, Les Ferdinand has said. Rangers have made a troubled start to the campaign, conceding a total of 20 league goals â no Championship side has shipped more. Head coach Ramsey has therefore come in for criticism from fans, particularly after the recent 4-0 thrashing at Fulham. Ferdinand backed him after that debacle, insisting âconsolidationâ remained the clubâs aim this season despite a number of high-profile players staying at Loftus Road. However, the Rangers director of football, who met with co-chairman Tony Fernandes this week, accepts that Ramseyâs brief has now changed. Speaking on âAccess All Râsâ on the club website, Ferdinand said: âWhen you look at our squad of players, yes of course the expectation has changed. QPR striker Charlie Austin The likes of Charlie Austin had been expected to leave Rangers âWith the ability we have in the team, we expect to be up there. Hopefully we will be, and weâll be doing everything we possibly can to make sure weâre up there fighting come the end of the season.â He added: âIf the expectations have risen for the squad, theyâve risen for Chris as well. He finds himself in at the deep end. âWhen the position was given to him, we were talking about consolidation and just keeping us in the league. The expectations have changed for him. Itâs something that heâs relishing. âIf youâve been beaten 4-0 or given 20 goals away in the first 10 games, people are going to say âYou donât know what youâre doingâ because youâre giving goals away a bit too cheaply and easily. âHe has to step his game up as well, thatâs for sure.â Ramseyâs side are 11th in the table and return to action on Saturday when they visit Birmingham City.

Big change that . Obviously Fernandes and the other shareholders realise whats going on. Mid table wont be enough to keep him in his job or will conceding two a game. Im sure Les wont have liked putting that one out there.
Needs to start getting some clean sheets and stop conceding hatfuls of goals at home to bottom of the table clubs.
