Just for the record I would not have paid 1M for that waste of space, and also glad we have not got Lennon too.

There's no way we'd let Remy leave and rely on just Austin, Zamora and Vargos...Surely

Not at all , but I am fussy about who I chat back to especially if their comments are rather sharp Not sure how asking a question can be "sharp"

I am quite pleased that we did not get Borini - I was more excited about the signing of Eric Sabin 10 years ago!
As we know Harry is a big fan of the loan market and would expect 1 or 2 forwards to be pulled in that way.
Much better squad than 2 years ago in my opinion, even without the addition of another forward so i think we have had a very good summer in the transfer market.

No mention of Traore, Hoilett or Phillips today? Quite pleased about that.

I believe that there was a fair bit of chat about Traore to Palace which made it more gratifying when he decided to stay and prove his worth but likewise I am pleased to see no-one else that we would want to keep has left (personally excluding SWP, Tarbs and Henry from that list)

SWP and Henry still here, oh dear. In more news, QPR sign 54 year old New Zealand striker for free and couldn't believe he only wanted 2,500 pounds per week. Unlike other greedy cnuts like Borini, he said he was happy to help the club out. Harry said he was delighted to sign someone so young. Unfortunately the Kiwi was unable to run around like a headless chicken.

Forgot about Onouha, glad he hasn't gone Wonder if Tarbs might make an effort or be prepared to rot in the reserves with SWP? Not heard any more about Dunne to Burnley though, assume that one didn't happen.

The NZ striker was probably also rejected on the grounds that he was no good at set pieces as he could not get in the air?

Glad Onouha is still here (so far) Just my opinion but forget Taarabt - went off in a sulk when told no one wanted to sign him. He will train again in January i f its not too cold.I keep trying to forget about Taarabt but he keeps popping up.

How come Man Utd have a 'special' agreement with the authorities to complete their wonder F***oa loan signing after the deadline - rubbish excuse about time difference! Money talks in the right back pockets. Because they are a special needs club. Always have been, always will be. I wonder what ever did happen to the Sir Alex Fergusson special time keeping watch?

They were waving chelsea flags and shirts in the Sky reporter's face Possibly on day release and were not sure where they were? - I can only assume that they must have asked a taxi driver to take them to the football stadium in west London and did not end up where they expected....

Harry thinks we have enough up front until January . Lets hope we dont pick up a Striker injury then Zamora misses a few , we will be light .
Look what happened start last season with Johnson and Zamora then Charlie . Still think we havnt learnt our lesson to get enough Strikers
Apart from that very good window . Not overly fussed with Niko but may prove me wrong .

I can't see Austin and Zamora staying injury free. Can we loan a striker or do we have to wait for January?

57 Heinz , I would have liked either Rhodes, Hooper , Deeney , but most of all the iceman . And if TF and HR think we have enough up front then why did we even bother going in for anyone ?? . And now Remy gone its just a big joke to me , we have learned nothing other than money cuts . I think we are well short to survive , hope I am wrong but its my opinion.

Its a shame we couldn't get a striker in. Right to the very end I thought they'd pull one out of the hat. Its obvious that it wasn't for the want of trying and on the plus side I'm glad we didn't cave in to wage demands - presumably Borini is looking at a season with very little game time. On the very negative side - SWP is still here, another Rob Hulse, surely no dignity left and very little future in football. Wonder what will happen with Adel?

So that's it, Sandro and Niko. 'Arry must be loosing his touch. Really felt we needed another striker. Time will tell if we do or don't.

TF response from the BBC transfer deadline day site
QPR chairman Tony Fernandes: Long transfer window. One of my favourites was Jack Robinson from Liverpool who we put out on loan. Young players the future and Alex McCarthy.
