Posted on ESPN's soccernet.
I don't necessarily believe TF is the worst thing to have hit QPR but he has made mistakes - although I still think the good points still far outweigh the bad points. However with articles like these now starting to crop up, I would suggest he issues a statement about his intentions at QPR and whether he plans to go or not, as stories like these will destroy confidence at the club quicker than anything else.
Queens Park Rangers chairman Tony Fernandes has indicated he could step down if the club's season ends with relegation.

Saturday's 4-2 FA Cup humbling at the hands of League One side MK Dons has intensified the pressure on Fernandes, with the club's Premier League future uncertain as they sit bottom of the table and five points from safety.
Reacting to the upset, the Malaysian businessman responded to criticism from fans via Twitter, suggesting he may sacrifice his job at the club if QPR's fortunes fail to improve.
"Many fans attacking me," Fernandes tweeted. "Doing our best. We won't stop trying. As I have said many times I take all responsibility and will face the music. Always spirit up. If can't fix it I will be first to go."
The owner of airline Air Asia clarified his position with another post on Monday morning, saying he would listen to the club's supporters before making any decision.
"Fantastic response from QPR fans," he tweeted. "Good chat with Harry. I'm a fighter so if fans want me to stay I stay whatever happens. End of subject."
Thousands of QPR fans headed for the exits at Loftus Road ten minutes into the second half on Saturday after witnessing Harry Redknapp's revamped side fall four goals behind to their lower league opponents, with a late rally failing to spare their blushes.
Redknapp has said he faces a race against time to sign the players he needs to sustain his bid to keep QPR in the Premier League, with the former Tottenham boss struggling to convince personnel to join him at Loftus Road.
"We gave a few lads a chance to show what they could do and I think they showed why I am chasing all over Europe to try and find new players," Redknapp said.

Squash? Is that the game where you are locked in a six foot square room with 25 gorgeous, nubile, naked young ladies? If so, can anybody tell me where I can join please?

Can someone who twits ask him to bring the ground into the clubs ownership before he goes. The clubs few assets should be ringfenced, so we the fans whom these awfully nice people are so concerned about have a football club and a future with or without them.

In which case the balance sheet will look extremely healthy and there will be no excuse why the ground wasn't brought back into the clubs ownership and any/all 'old' debts wiped out. If the accounts during the GP era can show the club to be a going concern then with all this extra revenue uncle Tone and co have no excuse.

back to this tweeting thing............i'm pretty sure if any of our former directors were on twitter they would get the hump at abuse and piss off, only wish it was around when thompson was in charge.
point is, that tf has made a rod for his own back, dont like it, get off it.
a stroll around the pubs in shepherds bush pre match will get his ego back on track.

I think he's well meaning but utterly personality driven - confuses passionate, committed ownership of the club with being overtly emotional and bending over to accommodate whatever a manager wants. It concerns me that someone who takes twitter as their outlet and source of fan opinion should take things quite so personally. The encouraging words and statements of faith are nice, but I think i'd rather he was taking a cold hard look at things once in a while.
I sympathise with the idea of "getting behind Tony" but I always try and think long term. Board rooms are transient, back them when they do well, question them and seek change when they do wrong. Fundamentally, it's fans like us who are always going to be there, not them. The boardroom is not the club. So whilst unity between all those facets is desirable, I think it's an error to just blindly keep faith or to associate backing a chairman as de facto backing "the club". Lovely bloke or not, no custodian of the club should be immune from criticism - being unsure or asking questions of the board is not the same as not wanting them to fail or breaking some kind of unity. It's just pragmatism and putting the club's future first and foremost.

RT @tonyincenzo: Forget the Twitter trolls. ... m.tmi.me/IBFEFBoring nerd point but I hate people mis-using the term "troll". A troll is someone who deliberately goes on the internet with an ulterior motive - to create drama and provoke people for no other reason than laughing at them for being sucked into it. It's not the same as people who are abusive or bullying or being aggressive to others online. That's just people being a dick.

How well has TF actually done. We were a Prem team when he took over, now we are back to a bottom end Championship team with a fine hanging over our heads of 20/30/40 million with no money at all to buy any players.
Should we be grateful that he supposedly wiped away the chunk of dept and he is trying to put right so many of his blatant terrible errors?
What would the chances he and the others would walk away if we enter League One with a huge fine.
What was you hoping / expecting when the new owners came in, was it just a case of relief to get shot of Flávio?

Found this on another board from 'DaneHoop':
Which I think kind of says it all.
TF has been too naive/trusting and has (in the words of Harry Kneecapp) had his pants pulled down. Only thing is, having pointed this out so eloquently, Kneecapp then proceeded to pull them down further and shaft him every-which-way he could.
These shysters have had it away with TF - AND the fans.
So, yes, I'm pleased TF and the board have the honesty and integrity to cough up for their mistakes. I think there's more coughing up to come, not only in the accounts, but also FFP.
This could still all go horribly wrong and we could still end up in administration or worse - it's not impossible that we could be wound up.
With all that hanging over us still, we are not really a saleable club. So all things considered, assuming TF continues to wipe out the club's debts caused by the board's mistakes, he has my support and respect.
