I hope we dont sign Gomes, if Green goes to spurs which is viable specially has Scott Parker will be tapping him up then Foster anyday over Gomes in fact id rather Paddy stays than sign Gomes, with him in goal anything can happen and usally does. Gomes makes mistakes but he also makes some pretty damn good saves too. Kind of could say that about an awful lot of keepers really, so its not like Gomes is on his own in that respect. I don't think it will be Gomes though. If it is though there's nothing I can do about it so have to hope his good games outweigh his bad ones.

I dont remember Kenny making as many errors as Gomes over the last two seasons, in fact Redknapp went for a 40 year old as a safer bet than Gomes, yeah he makes good saves but those goals he gives away could cost dear which for us will mean relegation probably so all his good saves would mean jack sh*t if that happens, im just saying he will make to many errors and is to big a risk.

Sunderland rival QPR and West Ham United for Wigan Athletic ace Diame by Rob MacDonald. Published Sun 03 Jun 2012 18:15
According to reports Sunderland are battling with West Ham United and Queens Park Rangers in the race to sign Senegal international Mohamed Diame.
Midfielder Diame is available on a free transfer after leaving Wigan Athletic and was expected to join Liverpool until Kenny Dalglish’s sacking scuppered that deal.
Sunderland are hoping to step in and sign the 24-year-old, but the Black Cats will have to convince Diame that his future lies in the North East rather than in London with either QPR or the newly-promoted Hammers.
Clubs from France, Spain and Turkey have also shown interest in Diame, but the former Rayo Vallecano man has indicated that he wants to remain in the Premier League.

Spurs consider bid for Anelka as striker considers return from China venture
By Sportsmail Reporter PUBLISHED: 21:30 GMT, 3 June 2012 | UPDATED: 21:30 GMT, 3 June 2012
Tottenham are among the clubs showing interest in Nicolas Anelka. The 33-year-old is keen to return from an ill-fated spell with Shanghai Shenhua, but much will depend on whether the Chinese side ask for a fee.
West Ham and QPR are also keen on the former Chelsea striker.

It's like back in the early Briatore-Ecclestone days when every semi-big name was linked to us in the media.
The difference of course is that most of these stories are not (presumably) based on leaks from within our club - many of them going to one ostensible source in what so often seemed to some an effort to booster that person/that site..

By John Cross Comments 4 Jun 2012 22:29 I'll have a Forsters: QPR are thirsting for the Newcastle goalkeeper The 6ft 7in man-mountain wants to play in the Premier League to boost his England chances after two years on loan at Celtic New house of Fraser? Forster could be moving to west London Getty QPR boss Mark Hughes is eyeing Fraser Forster as a potential new number one. The 24-year-old goalkeeper, who has spent the last two seasons on loan at Celtic from Newcastle, is believed to be ready to move back to the Premier League to improve his England prospects. That has alerted QPR, who are desperate for a new keeper with Hughes ready to move Paddy Kenny on to Leeds to be reunited with former Hoops boss Neil Warnock. QPR have been looking at Forster, Tottenham misfit Heurelho Gomes, former West Ham free agent Rob Green and Ben Foster, who spent the past season on loan at West Brom from Birmingham. Forster, who stands a hulking 6ft 7in tall, enjoyed his spell at Celtic and the Scottish club would be keen on another deal for him. www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/qpr-eye-fraser-forster-the-newcastle-862839

QPR on Trémoulinas Transfers | 2.5 / 5 (0 votes) According to Le Parisien, Benoit Tremoulinas refuses to extend his contract which ends in 2014. Queens Park Rangers who have not exercised the option to purchase Taiwo would therefore on the left side of our track. It now remains to be seen whether Trémoulinas Benoit wants to play in a club end of the Premier League table. QPR finished the English league to 17th. A little easier on the eye

This guy is hugely talented and should have been a perm fixture in Portugal's midfield (box2box type) but he's as moody as sin (he's no Barton but a real pain). If you could get the best out of him he'd be our best midfielder IMHO. Would be a perfect backup behind faurlin and diakite Honestly, at his best he's better tackler & passer than either of them and has as good a work rate. He had a very successful season with Everton and was key to Trapatoni's Benfica team that won the championship in 04/05 when he was 18...on a free he very high reward to risk.
