GM BRINGS OUT BEST IN FANSAnd the traditional photo LOFTUS ROAD PLC'S AGM was a good spirited affair last night as large numbers of fans and shareholders turned out to confirm their support for the direction the club is moving and for Gerry Francis since his return to Loftus Road. Rangers Chairman Chris Wright was particularly pleased with the way the meeting was conducted and says the signs are encouraging for the future. Mr Wright said:"It's pleasing to know that there are so many people who realise it is a difficult time for QPR but we are pulling together and there is a general real willingness to appreciate that we're all in the same boat and have the same emotional commitment to the club. We're all trying to sort out our present problems and move forward as quickly and efficiently as possible." "Not only is it great to have Gerry back as manager of the club, but my relationship with Gerry is at a totally different level to the relationship I might have had with other managers in the past however well those managers might have performed. Gerry and I have the ability to understand each other and we get on very well, of course we're not always going to agree on things, but there's a good mutual respect".
