So here we are playing him less and less and obviously prepared to let him return; and there they are, wanting him back.

To be a quality pro football league player requires several basic talents. Only one of them is the kind of skill you see demonstrated by the keepy- up specialists you see sometimes on the telly. How many of them play at a good standard ? Practically nill.
You do need that kind of technique but also much more besides. The modern day pro has to be an athlete of the highest calibre with speed and great stamina essential. He has to understand the "game"and its tactics. He has to train constantly to be in peak condition at all times. He has to have courage when the tackles are flying in.He has to be dedicated to his well being through diet and living a sensible lifestyle. Most of all you have to be a team player.
Reading the hype about Parejo you could possibly believe that he possessed good technique, but watching him play for QPR he looked as though he imagined he was far above our team. As a result of his attitude I'm afraid he came up very short on all the other qualities required.
Gone back to Real Madrid but without a change in mindset will never play for their first team.

A bit like an old fashioned wedding. The bride ( Mr. P.) arrived without the dowry and has been sent back home !!!

also there is something we will never know and it is in our interests not to know. Mark Twain said once the only place you can really have free speech is in the grave.
