[Although I think Histon earlier reported was a month loan. Edit: Nope: QPR said at the time was two months loan. www.qpr.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10373~1457975,00.html It was a Histon area newspaper, Cambridge said he'd be returned early ".One player who does look set to leave soon is on-loan QPR midfielder Ramone Rose. The teenage winger has failed to make an impact at Histon since arriving for a month from Loftus Road on November 14. And the Stutes' boss is unlikely to extend Rose's stay ..." ]QPR Official Site - Rose RecalledR's youngster Romone Rose has been recalled from his loan spell at Histon. Rose's loan spell with the Blue Square Premier side was due to expire on Saturday 17th January 2009, but Rangers boss Paulo Sousa has reached agreement with his opposite number at Histon to recall the player with immediate effect.

The wording on the official site looks like a polite way of returning Ramone Rose to QPR. Obviously made no impression at Histon. They never played him, so why would Sousa be so keen to get him back early.
Angelo Balanta and Danny Maguire are the two young players who could make a difference to he team. Would be nice to see them brought on gradually in the first team.

I think grumpyyolde has it right Re. Rose.
I'm looking forward to seeing Balanta come back to Loftus Rd.
