Obviously don't have to watch them play...But Swansea have had a lot of injuries. Jncluding star midfielder. And lost their star foward over the summer. I'd say Sousa has done brilliantly...Taking over a team that overachived last season..Having to take over from a great manager....And after a poor start with people (at least on QPR board talking of his imminent axing)... So far, looks like Sousa is a lot better than some people said. Bottom line: 10 game undefeated run: I'd expect us to finish above them. But we have far more resources. And a shout out also for the brilliant Ian Holloway. If he'd stayed and someone else had gone, we might already have reached the Premiership

If he'd stayed and someone else had gone, we might already have reached the Premiership I'm really pleased to see both managers doing very well. (De) Sousa, in my opinion, certainly had us on the right path and I am very curious as to how he would have built our side in the summer transfer market had he the opportunity. He took a while to come to terms with the league but pressure from above obviously compromised his position with us and I think he was actually lucky to get away as he seems to be thriving as a manager in the right set up. I can see what you are saying as far as Holloway is concerned but I felt that he was running out of ideas and was struggling in his final months with us and I never believed he would actually take us up. In my mind, especially with the hindsight I have now as regards to Hull and Portsmouth's finances, securing the financial future of the club is by far the greater achievement and even though we got rid of Holloway (and (De) Sousa) in a way that I think was wrong and should have been handled differently, I would much rather be where we are now than in the dark days of having to fear the Inland Revenue and not being able to pay The London Ambulance for their services either. In a sense both Holloway and us are better off, like (De) Sousa and whilst I deplore the methods used to end both their Ranger's careers and am no fan of the board due to pricing and their arrogance towards the fans I do appreiciate where we are right now and certainly the football I'm watching in the knowledge that our financial problems are over. Just wish more people could afford to come and watch us.
