Absence of Parejo and Ledesma Very Positive Sign

Very positive sign that no Parejo or Ledesma in the 16 vs Wolves (assuming they're not injured). Sign that Sousa in charge. I'd like our manager (Chief Coach) to be heavily involved in the signing of players - and maybe this will happen with Sousa/Briatore.

But if not that, at least want him to absolute control over who plays; who doesn't play. That's good for us. And it presumably leaves the players no doubt about who's in charge; who they answer to. Sousa.

So if Sousa WANTS Parejo and Ledesma in his squad, because he rates them; obviously that's great. But that has to be the determinant.

I'm looking forward to seeing Balanta when he returns from Wycombe.

I still believe sending him out on loan was the right thing to do.
By all accounts he is doing well so with luck he should return high in confidence, having learned some new things playing regular football under Taylor and be in with a shout of making his mark at Rangers.
