A host of Football League stars and personalities have been included in a 50-strong international team of ambassadors to help England's 2018 World Cup bid.
John Terry will spearhead the global team created to boost England's bid to host their first World Cup in what will be 52 years before the decision is made by FIFA in December 2010.
Names from across The Football League are on the list including Ipswich winger Carlos Edwards, Watford's Honorary Life President and Non-Executive director Graham Taylor, Cardiff striker Michael Chopra, MK Dons manager Paul Ince, West Bromich Albion boss Roberto Di Matteo, Notts County Director of Football Sven-Goran Eriksson, Bradford City defender Zesh Rehman and Howard Wilkinson, Technical Director at Sheffield Wednesday.
"This is a tremendous season for international football and anyone who pulls on an England shirt at any level is an ambassador for our nation and in turn the England 2018 World Cup Bid," said Andy Anson, Chief Executive of England 2018.
"We are also delighted to have secured support from right across the football family and feel each and every individual will be a tremendous asset to England 2018.
"We also anticipate that over the course of the campaign even more people in the game, clubs and supporters will step forward to help us try and achieve our goal of World Cup football in England."
The international flavour of the ambassadorial team is designed to have the biggest possible impact on the world stage with players such as Michael Ballack and Kolo Toure being used to showcase the English bid both at home and abroad.
In addition, the squad comprises of current England stars, ex-international legends, members of the England Women's team and representatives of the England disabled teams.
"England would be a fantastic home for the World Cup if we had the opportunity to stage the tournament in 2018," said England captain John Terry.
"It has been great to see how much support the England 2018 World Cup Bid has already received from people in the game."
England are going head-to-head with countries including Russia and Australia in the race to secure the World Cup for the first time since their famous victory against West Germany in 1966.
