Birthday for QPR's Frank Sibley - Sixty-One

Sadly has Parkinsons; be nice if QPR would be reaching out to him and other ex-QPRs; not just "THE 1967 XI" on special anniversaries.
Sibley exemplified QPR of a certain era. (I understand that's pre-history for many)
