Hard to tell since no idea re accounts, but the mortgage Scott mentioned; the money we spent on wages and the Stadium "refurbishments" + players signed...Offset by Price increases and sponsorship. Have to wonder.
(But "Briatore and Mittal saved us from bankruptcy" and "it's their money", etc)
