Peterborough Official Site Posh Legend Passes Away Posted on: Fri 25 Sep 2009 On Thursday evening the football club were informed of the very sad news of the passing of former Posh Hall of Fame Legend Terry Bly. Terry, of course, will be particularly remembered for his remarkable record of scoring 52 league goals during our first season in the Football League 1960-1961. This record surely will never to be beaten. A great player and a wonderful, very modest man who will be sadly missed by all, we offer our sincere condolences to Terry's family. Rest in Peace. A full obituary by Peter Lane will appear in our Nottingham Forest match day magazine. www.theposh.com/page/NewsDetail/0,,10427~1807747,00.html
