Of course we don't actually know why Marson was axed (either the official reason or Briatore's motivation if that differed)
As I posted in an earlier thread, the fact that Orlando was axed might suggest there will be changes (improvements)

Cant be totally sure. but it is so interesting that the turmoil seemed to be more widespread .People can be made so miserable by events that they do things unconsciously not in their best interests.
