Warnock: "An Embarrassment"
Neil Warnock watched embarrassed as his side suffered a heavy defeat against a side who hadn't picked up any points on the road in the Championship this season.
"I hope the lads go home tonight as embarrassed as me. We can't play like that. I can't think of a bigger embarrassment in my career.
"All you can do is apologise to the fans who I thought were terrific. I would crucify the manager if I was one of them after that."
His team came out for the second half already a goal behind but the boss thought his team then gifted victory to the newly promoted side.
"I don't think Sc**thorpe have scored a good goal. I'm not knocking them, we absolutely put it on a plate for them. They must think they won the pools. I have got the lads in on Sunday and we must now work at how we can turn this around in midweek at QPR. As manager it is my challenge to make sure we put on a good show for the travelling support on Tuesday night".
