Jim Gregory did. There are several references in Stan Bowles' biography to how Gregory would come down to the changing room and if he had done well, Jim would bung him a few extra quid.

And to elaborate, because a poster on another board thought I was not being serious with this post So are fans in other words, wrong to see something wrong or unusual with what Briatore being doing in visiting the changing room? Other Chairmen doing it? Say thing things to the players...
And should we mind if the players are happy? (Just a couple of the major points there - But of course anyone from WATRB is very welcome to elaborate further/or point out something I'm (deliberately?) missing
