Forty-FOUR Years ago today: August 31, 1968...Newly-promoted QPR travelled to Highbury...and narrowly lost 2-1 to Frank McClintock's/Bertie Mee's Arsenal.
Alan Wilks came on as substitute and scorred QPR's goal with his first touch of the ball.
