Thought he had potential whenever I saw him play, maybe his attitude let him down ? who knows ? Certainly wasnt as much of a waste of space / oxygen as the likes of Curtis / Nardiello etc etc etc.

And as I noted in the other thread: Apart from Steward: The other 17 from last night's squad have all been bought since Briatore took over. And not one home grown. The only half-home grown is Balanta (injured)

BBC Bailey completes Ebbsfleet move Bailey made his Fleet debut in the 3-0 midweek defeat at Stevenage. Ebbsfleet have signed young midfielder Stefan Bailey following a successful spell on trial with the Kent club. The 21-year-old started his career at Queens Park Rangers, making his first team debut aged 17. "He'll give us a more physical side to our midfield and we expect him to be a real asset to the team," Fleet manager Liam Daish told BBC Radio Kent. "We threw him straight into the side against Stevenage even though he was carrying a bit of a knock." Despite going down 3-0 on his debut at Stevenage in midweek, Daish reckons there is a lot more to come from his latest signing. "When he gets over his injury I hope to see the real Stefan Bailey," added Daish. "And he will justify our faith in him". Bailey, who plays primarily in central midfield, can also operate at right-back. After making 18 Championship appearances for QPR, including a short loan spell at Oxford, he moved on to Grays Athletic in June 2008. He finished last season on loan at Farnborough before joining Ebbsfleet this summer, initially on trial. news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/teams/e/ebbsfleet/8213021.stm
