Training with themSouth London Press A Millwall return to South London for the Waltons?Friday, 31 July 2009 By Toby Porter PLYMOUTH'S former England U17, Leeds, Charlton and QPR midfielder Simon Walton, 21, has been training with Millwall this week, with a view to permanent move to The Den. Argyle boss Paul Sturrock has yet to discuss with Lions manager Kenny Jackett whether Walton will be involved in Richard Sadlier's testimonial game, against Middlesbrough at The Den tomorrow. The 21-year-old has already played 98 games for eight different clubs, and has three years left to run on his Plymouth contract. But it is thought Sturrock might be willing to let him go at a discount so he can return to live closer to his family. Walton, a £500,000 purchase by Charlton manager Iain Dowie in 2006, is engaged to page three girl Nicola Tappenden. Bromley-born Nicola, a former Shirley High School pupil who has been a Miss Great Britain contestant and won The Sun's first Page Three Idol competition, gave birth to their first child in November 2008, a baby girl named Poppy www.southlondon-today.co.uk/tn/Sport.cfm?id=30467&headline=A%20Millwall%20return%20to%20South%20London%20for%20the%20Waltons
