[Lesson for Sky: Israel may play in European competitions but it's not in Europe] Sky Sports" Israel saw victory against Ivory Coast snatched from their grasp in the closing stages of their 2-2 draw. Elyaniv Barada gave the Europeans the lead inside 18 minutes, before Omer Golan doubled their advantage six minutes later. An own goal from Avi Strool (33) gave the Elephants hope before the break, and Boubacar Sanogo then completed the comeback when he levelled matters five minutes from time. www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,12010_4521897,00.html

It's no different to Berwick Rangers plaing in the Scottish League, or Cardiff City and Swansea City playing in the English Championship.

But Berwick is English and the other two are Welsh, both European countries, unlike Israel which is in the middle east. I think that is report's point.
