Just days ago, Briatore was talking about Ainsworth being given quite some time... As was Bhatia.
And the general view was that if we'd beaten Burnley which we could well have done; gotten the penalty, blah, blah, Ainsworth would have gotten the job.
I didn't want Ainsworth to get it; but it's pretty fickle/mercurial to completely change your mind based on this one result (which could easily have gone the other way)
So once again, it seems words uttered seem to have little meaning.
Hopefully this doesn't sour Ainsworth on QPR. I know what he said before. But new managerial team comes in. And Ainsworth can't be happy after all the things said in the past couple of weeks by Briatore - and Bhatia.
