One of , if not the best manager imo in the Championship.
The pain and horror he’s had to operate under at Coventry , with a £5 note to spend most years, playing home games miles away is nothing less than amazing.

Then he regularly takes Coventry damn close to promotion and what should have been an FA cup final and throw in an unknown striker he signed who’s just scored a hat trick against Man City.
