Guess one can read into what one wants. I thought Cifuentes sounded just a little "edgy" re his QPR Player needs Marti Cifuentes: “We’ve got the players we’ve got, so I’m trying to get the best of all of them. We are definitely not ready for the start yet although still time for more deals. We need at least 3 more in for match day squad as lack real depth - we have not replaced Willock, Albert, Hodge or Hayden in terms of numbers, as regulars in squad of 20, with the exception of two defenders. With Larkeche also rumoured to be off on loan the squad is very limited with options.
Need more pace and creativity but I trust the Board and Marti to have this in hand!
We have a tough set of fixtures at the start as well which is not ideal but let’s see who joins in next 12 days.

Marti has said he doent want loan players but the Prem team will start loaning out their fringe players in next couple of weeks so fully expect us to pick up one or two to help fill gaps.

Didn’t we do well in the January transfer window when we had been told not to expect anything?
I feel the same this time and if we go with the current squad I am sure we will do fine

I agree I thought the players Marti and the board got in January was a big factor why we stayed up.
