The owners need to pony up some more money and get a few more of “his” players. He (read QPR) will be in the Prem shortly. Let him know he can become a legend .

There will certainly be plenty of click bait around - not just about Marti but also some of our players who have started to show their true ability. The72 have already stared (again) that Sunderland want Willock who I feel may stay with us unless it is a pure money issue. We have started to build something so hopefully players will want to be part of it and sign extensions to those we offer. I also expect Marti will have some names in his back pocket that he will want to sign. Palace could help us out and sell Eze quick.
I think Marti is not another Mr Bean and will be more loyal. He will want to finish what he has started and that will take at least another season with us.
He will also want to get more than half a season of English football before setting his sights on either a PL club or European football somewhere warmer.
Hopefully our days of hire and fire are also over so if we are not top of the table at Christmas they will not be firing him.

Marti and his team worked wonders. When appointed, I "hoped" he could improve the team and get us out of trouble but at times I felt the players were just not up to the standard. However they proved that they could play at this level, certainly the core of the team, who were much suited to Marti's style.
The biggest improvement in my eyes has been our defence. To me, it is the sign of a very organised, well drilled, and coached team when the defence shows that record. Our goals against record is excellent, more so when just looking at the games under Marti. Go look at the table and we have conceded less goals than a lot of teams above us. Southampton (4th) and Norwich (5th) have let in 62 and 63 respectively compared to our 57 - remarkable! If we can keep that back 4 together, and find money from somewhere to invest in a few attacking players, next season could be very interesting!
