Madness!
Apparently, he did not buy the players or have much input to who was bought.
Then they bought more players than cam be accommodated in one team.
The team was very dependent on the pace of Johnson, and they miss him badly.
What do these owners expect?
I hope they get dragged into the scrap at the bottom and that Burnley escape the drop and they go down.
But in reality, a new manager and another glut of signings.

Much panic by the Board and owner. Ok results not good this season but no way are they going to go down......not with Sheff Utd Luton and Burnley around.
They were promoted up into the premiership with a "no hope" squad but somehow managed to sign over 19 new players and just about saved themselves. How they got round the FFP rules on that a lay person like myself will never understand. Surely complex financial jiggery Pokery involved there?
Forest Owners Board and Supporters should be happy just to maintain Premiership status What more do they want?. Ideas above their station methinks. A new manager replacing Cooper will not get them in the top six

He was awful at Spurs. It is hard to bet your head around the thinking at times. I wish them all the very best, not! |

Would be a good appointment for Palace - fits their young squad.
Would take him at Rangers tomorrow but we could have something special with Marti.
Definite improvement in the football since he joined and some crucial wins but the squad still plays like Ainsworth’s team in patches. That will go away as time wears on and with more training.
Big month in January. We need to be out of bottom 3 by the end of it and hopefully 5-6 points clear and in amongst the group of teams just ahead of us now.
Target 4 wins from next 7 games starting Saturday would be nice Christmas present!

Cooper is alright as a Manager. Whoever signed the 50+ players for Forest, it wasn't him.
