Does anyone know what is really going on at the Club, we are in a perilous state and there is no comments coming from the directors, do they care. We have a clueless manager who should never have given the job, there is no Director of Football, so who's steering the ship, hopefully it's not Ainsworth who said the Club was in a state when he arrived and he would sort it out, (like he did in over ten years at Wychome), he cant sort out the team let alone the Club. Did Ferdinand appoint him and then rushed for the door, or did he object to him being allowed to continue and should have been sacked in the summer, do we have no money and can't actually afford to sack a manger who's going for a world record of being the worst football manager of all time. We seriously need answers and immediate action, but in reality what self respecting manager would be prepared to come in and take over a Club that is already points adrift at the foot of the table. The bottom line is it's not all Ainswoths fault, hes in over his head and not up to the job, whoever gave him the job is to blame and that's someone in the silent boardroom. We need to know just what ambition they have for the Club, there appears to be none so move oveor and find a buyer for a Club thats now going for a knockdown price.

Well.....it seems that Amit appointed Ainsworth over Ferdinand's head. Ferdinand left because his position was untenable. For various reasons. We hired headhunters to find a Director of Football - a complete waste of money, because Hoos has decided that he will cover both jobs - having said before that he stays out of football matters. All this comes back to errors in the past chasing promotion - paying high for mature players (Austin, Johansen Etc.) and then letting Beale have the keys to the safe. The outcome being that we have totally screwed up FFP - and are panicking about a fine / points deduction - and of course we already have previous. Ther belated response to this has been the renaming of the stadium in a blatant attempt to circumvent FFP restrictions - but provided the deal is at market value, then will be ok. The FFP situation must be dire, and I think that is why we have delayed sacking Ainsworth until after the Leicester hammering (at least). They needed the sponsorship money in (via one of Ruben's associates) before pressing the trigger. I agree that they could be more communicative, but on the other hand, what are they going to say? We screwed it up? In terms of communication, all of the above is out there, it is just about joining up the dots. They may well want to sell the club, but finding a willing buyer with our league position, form and monthly losses is pretty impossible.
