HARBIN DEPARTSPosted on: Thu 02 Jul 2009 The Club can confirm the departure of Performance Manager, John Harbin. Harbin, who joined the R's as part of former boss Iain Dowie's backroom staff last summer, has left Rangers with immediate effect.
