Roy Hodgson is the new manager and he starts Eze. Palace wins 5-1. Eze scores a goal and sets up another.
If we go down to 3rd tier doubt if Ill be involved with QPR. Thats where i came in 1n 1946. Yes I an old codger. 3rd division South. So we didn't have to travel that much. In 1948 we went up with the help of Reg Allen

We stay up; we go down. I"ll still be "with" QPR...
Do I have quite the same "relationship"(or perhaps get quite as upset after a loss) as say 30 years ago? Perhaps not quite. But it's still very, very deep. And even if we go out of the League; that will continue

Palace went for experience like Huddersfield did and it paid off. Two wins from two from Hodgson and suddenly seven goals. Warnock has 14 points from 9 games since taking over a dire Huddersfield. Took him a few games go get going but are a different beast now, going at more than 1.5 points a game under Warnock is Play off form for a dead that looked dead and buried. Meanwhile we have 3 points from about 21 or is it 18 under Ainsworth I’m not sure but we look an awful team still that doesn’t even look like getting a goal.
We have had more than our fair chance to get out this mess but we are pathetic. Even Readings six point deduction helped us, Reading have a tough run in too so won’t be picking up many points, they have Wigan left to play though, away at Preston today , then Burnley next , if we was talking about a team that had a bit of fight about it we would still have a chance but our current lot are a laughing stock.

Looking at Huddersfield is all well and good, but the reality for me is that I struggle to think any manager out there could come in and make a difference. This malaise goes way beyond just changing the manager. For one thing, you need players who want to be coached and are willing to respond, work hard for each other and show some professional pride. I see none of those qualities in abundance in out lot. It doesn’t even look like it’s dormant within them waiting to be unleashed. They just look like a bunch of disparate strangers who really have fallen completely out of love with anything even remotely related to playing football.

Yeah they could Nomar, it was all about getting the right one. We failed again.
Hudds 2 up already on this form they will finish top 12 , remarkable, that will be five wins , 2 draws from ten matches…. How ever many haters NW has, you can not underestimate his resilience at getting teams motivated.

I think Warnock would have transformed QPR...Hudersfield is just the latest club; when he's come in and not spent; just transformed.
If you think back to what he also did at Rotherham 5 or more years ago. And kept them up.
Don't know how he does it. But he does it
Now long-term; no. Short term. Yes
