So, what have we learnt today children?
• Players returning from injury generate hope and optimism, only for our dreams to be destroyed.
• Balogun is not the messiah, he is a very naughty boy.
• Chair and Willock are a class above and so need to move on quickly.
• If you complain that we do not have any strikers, we will play two for you, depriving them of service in the process.
• International breaks allow you to get players back from injury, but then deprive you of Tim and Sinclair, so say goodbye to creativity and pace.
• It is a big mistake to go behind early in games, if you have not got a clue jhow to score a goal.
• Not disclosing details of injuries makes the supporters suspicious and question said commitment of those players.
• Players being abused on social media and at the match react by arguing with the away support, or just sitting down on the pitch, before booking their next holiday.
• We need to rename the club as Queens Paracetamol Rangers, as we are the medication for any lingering headache or run of poor form. We can rebuild your mindset and confidence in 90 minutes.
• It is 18 stops from White City to Leyton – a handy travelling tip for next season.
• Gareth Ainsworth wants to be called Frustrated Thing now as he is no longer wild. If he was still wild, he would deck half of the team who are either deaf, or don’t care.

Although not a child, I see this as a Requiem for QPR in the 2nd tier. Well said Ricky.

Most of that makes sense. I’m already conceding to the fact we will be League One. Nomar said this a couple of weeks ago but I thought while we still had Birmingham and Wigan coming up we had a chance. Nope, this lot are to lazy, only half interested , not arsed to put some real effort in as a team. Feel sorry for Critchley and now Ainsworth trying to get this bunch to play together.
Clubs a shambles just hope once we go down that people see they are no good in their roles and walk away from the the Club rather than getting paid for being a failure.
My brother in law Supports Orient so for me a possible nice little local away trip like Stevenage would be , so not all bad as don’t get to many away matches these days.
Compared to some of you guys , I have only been supporting Rangers since 1975, I’m finding it really hard to find when quite a talented team of players have played so poorly for so many games …. I mean two wins in 20 games is mind blowing for this lot, they should be really ashamed of themselves and what they are dishing up every week, I don’t think they even care though, how they look. Only one person would have given us a chance to stay up and he joined Huddersfield and will end up keeping them up.
I think the bottom three will be 24 th Wigan , 23rd Blackpool and 22 nd QPR , with Cardiff and Huddersfield compiling more points than us in the last 7 games, it’s a real shame but to be fair we deserve to go down. Any team conceding 6 goals to Blackpool should really go down two divisions.

I wrote a very long and for me eloquent reaction to this yesterday but after half an hour of typing I hit the post button and the system kicked me out with a "suspected fraud" error message - deleting my post at the same time. Pity but not wasting time typing it again although one of the many themes was that we should never have appointed Ainsworth . Not sure that him telling the players and fans that they were overachieving and not good enough to be top of the league is the best motivator. On the the other hand telling them they are too good to be at the bottom is not working either. . So with that in mind and later news 1. Hope Beale shows his "loyalty" and goes to Chelsea and wait to hear from the G R's fans and board who worship him. A loss to Celtic in their next match will finish their season early so go for the Champions League with Chelsea Mick 2. We should get Potter on board today either as manager or advisor to Ainsworth.

Not sure we learnt anything we didn't already know, or feared, but hoped wouldn't happen.
At this point, I genuinely don't know why they even bother going through the charade of playing the games. There's no mystery as to what the result is going to be anymore, no matter who we play.
Clearly playing football on a Saturday afternoon is a distraction from the rest of their weekend that none of them want anymore. So why put us fans through the wringer every week?
Just be honest and tell the EFL to relegate us already and let these precious little darlings have their weekends free to go clubbing and making tik took videos.
We'll forfeit 3 points to everyone left on our schedule, of course, but they're all going to get those three points when they play us anyway, so it's a win-win (or lose lose in our case)!
Just stop wasting the fans time, money and emotions by serving up this half assed slop every week! It's an insult and affront to the game and we should really get points deducted for that alone!

In a nutshell that team is a total disgrace, one of the weakest mentally that I have ever witnessed playing for QPR. Every time they put on hooped shirts, it’s an absolute insult to the Club and its supporters, totally appalled what I have witnessed what has been dished up every weekend. They are lucky to have any fans at all going to support at away matches.

A loss to Celtic in their next match will finish their season early so go for the Champions League with Chelsea Mick 2. We should get Potter on board today either as manager or advisor to Ainsworth. The number of times I have drafted messages only to lose them at the critical time....can then never muster the energy to recreate! 'should never have appointed Ainsworth' - I suspect this is going to be a regular thread on the message boards. In many ways, Critchley was the obvious replacement to pick up behind Beale. But there again, he had already failed to do that at Villa. I do not think that he ever got any lift-off at QPR though, possibly because the players did not buy in. In games, we looked uncoached and Critchley called the players out for it. It appears, he lost what dressing room he ever had. We were decimated by injuries and it is not possible to say if these injuries were real or exaggerated, but there seemed little desire to return to action. If you are going to get rid of a manager you need a plan / agree on a replacement. Ainsworth was lined up; I am not sure who else of any standing would have wanted the job. He is a proven manager, but his style is all about buy-in to his enthusiasm and collective approach to winning. He plays a certain way with certain players, built up over a decade of managing and buying for the same squad. That style includes playing a big lump target man. I think that the task was and is huge for him at QPR. The players are not his, his style is not theirs, The players thought they were playing for the upwardly mobile, ever communicating Beale together with his trusted coaches. Instead they find themselves playing for lower-level coaches and a very direct style with two centre forwards and little in midfield. When it was clearly not working, Ainsworth's answer on Saturday was to stick Dykes out wide. If you think about which of the current players will ne here next season (irrespective of division) it is a very short list indeed. Dieng, Chair, Willock, Field, Dykes and Dickie are all likely to depart for whatever we can get for them. Laird, Roberts, Balogan, Lowe, Amos, Archer and Martin's contracts will expire. Clarke-Salter may emerge from the treatment room for long enough to sign for someone else. Paal may also head back home. We are committed to spending money on Richards. Ainsworth's job will be to rebuild, and go again, probably in the third tier. He will be judged on how well he does that. But the mismatch between manager(s) and squad, together with players attitudes regarding their futures means that we are sinking like a stone. It is hard to see where the next goal, let alone victory is coming from. Maybe things will change. Maybe a spark of luck, a goal off someone's backside, anything to find some form. But either way, little will detract from what I have written above. A disastrous season from such a promising start.
