Terrible as it is, if we proportionally take the same ratio of points from the last games, say 4 points, then we’ll stay up which is all that matters given the colossal mess we’ve got ourselves into.

Exactly, if we had got the draw at Blackpool it would have been pretty much job done , still 9 points clear with 9 games to go. ( without Hudds playing until tonight)
The loss was basically giving Blackpool 4 points , not only the three for the win, but they got a 10 goal swing on goal difference which almost catches us on that now.
Shocking performance, if that happens Saturday , heaven help us.
I’m struggling to think of a worse performance against League opposition with a team with 7 wins all season and averaging one goal a game at home..
None Spring to mind easily.

But we did get our goals against back to 3 a game for the past 7 or 8 games (after failing to let in our standard 3 against Watford!)

Ainsworth teams conceded 12 in four matches so yeah he is as consistent as Critchley so far  Have to say that performance was even worse than Critchleys against Luton,Hull and Cardiff. |
