So no: Laird, Balogun, Clarke Salter, Paal Chair, Willock, Amos Dykes, Roberts Arguably our best 9 players unavailable. Adomah starting says it all - we are beyond the bare bones. Hard to see us getting anything at all - and then Watford next week! Cardiff won today as well. Help!

I wonder how many on the missing list will be at Reign Nightclub tonight? Another late trip up North and another long sick list - coincidence? What has happened to Amos again? He was on the bench last Saturday.

Totally outplayed, should have been more than 1 down, wonder if we can roll up our sleeves and get a good point.

I'm definitely a glass half full kind of guy, but I think a crack has appeared in the base! I just cannot see a way out of this now. My heart breaks for Gareth, he's been dealt the shittiest of hands.

I don’t know a team like this, it’s dire we let in three goals every match. If we don’t get a win Between Watford , Blackpool and Birmingham , with 8 games to go after these we are down. We have to pick up 3-4 points out these next three matches.
The Clubs rotten at the top

Here's an idea, let's sack the manager. We have achieved absolutely nothing in sacking Critchley.

I don't see this lot picking up another point this season.
It's beyond pathetic. It's embarrassing.
Worst thing about it is that they get paid real money to actually be this totally inept at what they do.
And they actually seem to feel no shame in collecting that cash each week either.

I’m sure if Critchley was still here would not get another win this year , at least with Ainsworth he is trying to get them up for the task although it’s another knockback after more defeats. However 13 winless games after Preston has made it even tougher job for Ainsworth. If we can just scrape a win or a win and a draw in the next three games. we should be able to get a few more people back after the international break. The Blackpool and Birmingham games we stand our best chance.

We are getting very little luck, on and off the pitch - I just hope it will change - and soon. So many players injured - the irony being that this season no goalkeeper injuries but instead every other position. I suppose that we were fortunate to get the penalty - it was a nasty foul, but how many refs give those? Hugill is a complete thug, getting booked in most games and yet rarely sent off. If Dickie had gone to ground with the push for the first goal, then it may have been given. We are too naive. The third was a cruel rebound with two players blocking the same shot, leaving the scorer unmarked. Had Johansen scored...well we will never know, but they have a great keeper. At least Drewe looked decent at right back and has a decent long throw, something we have been devoid of for a very long time. Kakay at left back though.... but he was up against a very good winger. Dickie's confidence looks shot though. Gareth has his work cut out there. Meanwhile Keith Stroud compounded Reading's lousy week with some wonderful decisions. He gave a penalty to Boro when the ball was struck to hand at point blank distance, then he turned down a last man penalty to Reading. So instead of a potential levelling penalty to Reading and 10 men Boro, he waved play on. Boro then got another penalty in the second half to make it 5 nil. With their potential points deduction, it just emphasises that when your luck is out... whereas the Boro express train looks unstoppable with that fortune (and Stroud).

It’s reached the point now where I can’t think of any football team on this planet that you could put in front of this lot and our lot would actually win. I have no faith that they can even pick up one more point in any of the games we have left to play. Not just that, but when we do start next season in League One (and I genuinely believe we will go down) I can’t see us beating anyone there either. Obviously, when we go down, we won’t have a lot of these wasters next season (thank goodness!) so we may have a chance at seeing a team that at least makes an effort to win a game and do the basic fundamentals of football properly. How on earth some of these loan players are actually on the books of Premier League clubs defies all known logic to me!

Confidence is a funny old thing, we find one win we could soon get too but we have to dig deep to get a win and half this squad can’t be bothered to dig deep. The defending has been like defending in a kids Playground as soon as Balogun was injured, if he was fit it would increase our defence by 50% overnight. We get Balogun , Chair and Willock back sharpish we have a chance. Willock needs to be playing, you can’t have a player like that sitting in the clubs bench, like Chair they can make things happen.

Can understand why Gareth has to put out something positive re his optimistic but wildly unrealistic post match comments but he kids no one. Hate the way Critchley was abused and don’t want to see GA go the same way if things don’t improve. Both of them inherited a poisoned chalice and one can only hope that Gareth can work some kinda magic like he does with his music.

this loss in form has been going on since the Warburton era who could not stop it and ended up losing his job , then along came Beale who at one time had us sitting at the top of the league then the same thing happened we were on a losing streak until he decided to jump ship to Rangers , so along came Critchley and exactly the same thing happened and he too lost his job ,I cannot understand how good players can become so bad overnight ,our defending is shambolic , goals conceded that could have been prevented , what has happened to Dickie I have no idea he is a shadow of the player who was supposedly Premier League quality , so now we have Ainsworth who I never really wanted because I just wanted to remember him as a player not a failed manager because he could not address our slide into the lower division , which I must admit I really don't want to happen ,of course I am rooting for Gaz but with all the injuries I am not sure we will be able to survive , anyway to sum it all up this is not just this season this has been happening it has been for a while ,giving away soft goals ,not scoring goals , mystery injuries , I just really hope that Gaz can get the players into some sort of form and pick up some points because that trap door to the lower league is becoming closer all the time
