Seems to me that Les is out of the equation now What makes you think that? Just intuition. I’m no football expert , nor have any knowledge of what’s going on inside . But I know a curtain when I see one . Wether it goes up, or down . |

I think Maude is saying the club is pulling a curtain around the situation. Like a shield to either deflect criticism or contain issues. Could be interpreted as helping Les or dealing with him behind the curtain. I see his point and think it’s probably to support Les and Lee. There’s been complaints about a lack of communication from the owners as well. |
