Brum in more trouble according to new statement from EFL , several people facing charges of irregularities convening takeover bid , how many more times are the EFL going to charge them with financial irregularities I await the outcome of this one with interest

Yep same old story . Financial irregularities. Same old story same old result probably ! As with f.f.p. we will be still be standing alone as the only club with a crippling fine issued. 🙂

Had we had not gotten the fine we'd probably have ended up being lucky not to have ended up in League 2. As frustrating as it was the fine was the best possible outcome. People forget how badly and flagrantly we broke the rules. I disagree with the principles behind FFP, but we signed up for it and deserved to be punished for wilfully breaking the rules we agreed to.

Yes Nomar I agree. We were as guilty as hell. Why we were in denial for over two years and looking to contest the matter in the courts I will never know.
However I still think the FFP fine imposed on us was overly severe.
Other Clubs seem to be getting away with similar or worse breaches in comparison (Man City and Brum for example not to mention PSG) and those that have been punished in the past with a fine eg Hull City Villa and I think Chelsea have got off lightly.
