So we have no striker? I foresee a 5-5-0 formation.

I saw a 10 minute interview yesterday probably of the same thing and Critchley seemed pretty much honest realistic and on the point. I liked his style and hope the players respond. He made a cryptic comment about not buying players in this window because he was looking forward - not quite sure but I would guess he/they want to get to the end of season, see how the players respond (and maybe which division we will be in) then sign a few rather than have half a team of loanees some of whom who do not care about QPR.
Re Strikers Lowe can play up front, Roberts if fit can play up front or maybe the 2 together as a front 2 and then there is Armstrong.
Now other fans that are asking questions re strikers are Chelsites who have just named their European Championship squad for the rest of the season - and do not have a single up front striker in their squad despite spending 288million in this window and 270million in the summer. They have players who can score as we do but no recognised up front man and took almost an hour to have their first shot against Fulham last night.
Must be a West London thing.
