No Austin even on the bench - Haven't seen if that's because he's staying with his sick wife (Covid)...or Quarantining... (Or injured/just not picked)

1st 25 was poor. Kept needlessly giving the ball away in our own half. 2nd 20 much better although Field perhaps lucky not to get a 2nd yellow.

Another poor performance , at this rate will be lucky to finish in top 8 the way we have played the last 4 games. Very lucky to get a win v Blackpool and yet keep playing Field and Hendricks together… Could have added 60 mins wouldnt score. First goal for Blackburn in 6 games, couldn’t have asked for a better time to play them sadly they couldn’t have a better time to play us.

Dieng substitution cost us in the end. Marshall at fault for the goal (although he made some decent saves) but it meant that we could not bring on energy in Thomas or Amos. Gray did very little again when he came on. We did not deserve a point though so we cannot complain. we let them bully us. Feel for our travelling support though

Probably worst performance of the season so far. Don’t understand why we didn’t bring on fresh legs for last 30 mins - we looked so tired and out of sorts and had Amos and Thomas champing at the bit to get a run! Strange.

Gray & McCallum came on after 62 & 67 minutes. With Dieng being subbed at half time, that was our 3 used up.

Their pressure game worked and when it didn't they resorted to bullying tactics that worked on our younger/smaller players. Not all bad news, we're still in the top six and so next Cardiff. Let's get three points in that game so that we can put this game down to an aberration!

Top 6 or top 10 makes no difference to me, we are not fit for purpose in the Prem. Accept that and try and be more consistent next year, preferably with a new manager IMO.

We wasn’t at it from the off, again giving all initiative to opposition. Name a game recently that we have started like a half decent team …? I reckon it has to be Boro at home…. We were starting to look a bid jaded before the Boro game. Since we played Peterboro in the Cup we have looked more like a bottom half table team and have barely looked like winning a game.

Let's get three points in that game so that we can put this game down to an aberration! Yeah the pressure game worked agree but we gave them nothing to think about. There has to be a huge improvement if we will be in the top 6 in a few games time. We had a 6 point cushion on 7th a few weeks before losing to Barnsley. Significant drop in tempo from us last 5 games. We got 4 points from 15 and seriously it well could have been 2 from 15 and sorry still got no idea why we bought Hendricks and more baffled why we keep playing him with Field. Before Christmas we were games for fun without either in the team now we play the both together, makes no sense to me.

We only had Gray available as a striker, but at least he is the one with pace. Sadly, he is very hit and miss and he has done very little since his mid season holiday. So Warbs packed the midfield for the second game running. But Willock and Chair were bullied with little support from the ref and so we could not keep the ball. But the real problem with the set up today was the lack of pace. I think we needed to get either Amos or Thomas on but he gambled on Gray. Wednesday the subs worked for us, today they didn't. McCallum came on and gave away the foul for the goal (N.B. I did not think it was a foul) - think that sub was pre-planned to rest Albert (who couldn't get forward). Marshall came on for Seny and was at fault for the goal. Gray came on for Willock and made no impression (although Willock was doing no better). Blackburn were up for it from the start - we weren't. That is football.....on to Cardiff. Long way to go still.
