Obviously, it depends on available funds, FFP rules and availability. Amos should hopefully be fit for next season. As should Carroll - although his contract expires in June, we have a year option if we wish. Masterson is back in training, but did not get the intended game time on loan at Swindon. Shodipo has one year left on his contract. Kelly seems to be enjoying life in Scotland. Kane has won the Mr. Unpopularity contest following his recent interview comments. We have purchase options on Field & De Wijs. Johansen and Austin are currently beyond our pay structure. Austin is available in the Summer. Johansen has another year left on his Fulham contract. Wallace, Owens, Lumley and Cameron are out of contract. So what do people think are the priorities for the coming season and likely outcomes?
For me, trying to hold onto the spine of the current team is the top priority. Keep Dieng and Dickie for next season. Purchase Field - and probably De Wijs. If possible, sign Johansen - will be down to Fulham Offer Charlie Austin what we can afford, but don't break the bank. Sign at least one new wing back. Release all 4 out of contract - Wallace, Owens, Lumley and Cameron. Perhaps offer Wallace a pay as you play contract. Trigger option on Carroll if Johansen not available. Give Shodipo a run in the squad until January. Listen to offers for Kelly - assuming we can hold on to Seny. Leave Kane in the reserves so that he moves on in January. Thoughts?

For first team: Centre back if continuing with back 3 to go with Dickie and Barbet Right wing back Left wing back Centre mid dominator Striker
Out: Pretty much same as above: Lumley, Kane, Cameron
I thought Austin had 1 more year on his West Brom contract?
I like Dembele and Harris at Peterborough but probably outside of what we can afford.
Need to get in more youth (I actually don’t see us as a young team) with focus on speed as main thing we have lacked even on our excellent form is players with real genuine pace.

I was just day dreaming back to the early-mid 70's when we had a first "15", a strong reserve team, and an even stronger youth team. The reserves were often high up in the combination league and the kids in the youth league. Now we are down to skin and bone pretty much.
