Dykes has been steadily improving last couple of outings - I think Charlie must be helping a lot. Now that monkey is off his back I hope Dykes starts to flood us with goals (get it!)  Great time to score - but we need another one at least. Interesting scores elsewhere. Brum may be in trouble |

Good use of subs today, we were getting outplayed, until then. Willock made big difference, Dykes excellent again, so pleased he scored, could easily have won it on the end.

Unusual game....again.
The game swung backwards and forwards.
A draw was probably the fair result,
Both teams had some good chances so it could have gone either way,
But it was unusual because the two teams seemed to take turns to dominate spells in the game.
At the start of the second half, we resembled Millwall on Wednesday and I could only see one team winning.
Reading subs weakened them and our subs seemed to work very well, except Cameron struggled with his distribution when he came on though.
Austin and Chair had run out of options and Willock livened things up and Ball put the extra man in midfield.
Shame that De Wijs and Ball were both injured though. Even with the two week lay off, I doubt they will make the next game.
But a decent point though.
