If the owners want to replace MW anytime soon they have my backing, he is taking us down at this rate.
Had Derby and Rotherham played , table would be worse.

A short term issue, yes, we could cut him some slack but 20 games is a lot of "chances" to turn it around. EVERY other team has had the same situation as us, we cannot make excuses. And playing a defensive formation in our home games is just wrong. I feel sorry for Dykes being abandoned up front. Chair is trying but he too needs better support.

They were all over us most of the time another still no signs of changing styles a own goal to boot with tough games ahead i can see us in a relegation scrap unless changes are made

The issue is whether the Board will wait for the possible shelling from our next 2 games or cut bait now.
When the fanbase (and seemingly the players) are disaffected with a manager it is time to move on.
Shame as this had been so promising at times, but MW has lived up to the billing of inflexibility that preceded him.
Caretaker manager and play the likes of Bettache, Kelman, Masterson, Kakay for better or worse.

Not just build a team around them but actually have them play in their best positions or preferred positions and then build the team and or formation around it. 4-4-2 4-2-4 4-3-3 for at home? 4-4-2 for away? |

He does not have a plan B let alone a C, he plays people out of position, and as Lonegunman says one formation. Lots of people from his previous clubs said the very same thing when he came to us. We are so easy to suss out and play against, and with our defence, that's a recipe for disaster, as is being shown.

Forest fans said he was a nice Man, started off ok but never had a plan B when teams sussed him out, even called him no plan B, can see now from the last few months sadly.
